Pustaka referensi, pustaka referensi ini adalah bagian yang sangat penting di perpustakaan, dan keberadaannya sangat tekait dengan perilaku pengguna. Perilaku yang dimaksud disini adalah perilaku pengguna dalam mencari informasi yang mana mereka dapat mendapatkannya hanya dengan membaca kilat, dapat dikatakan seperti itu, untuk nantiknya dijadikan sebagai informasi yang mengarahkan mereka kepada informasi utamanya. Hal ini juga bersumber dari adanya salah satu pengertian bahwa layanan referensi di perpustakaan itu ada untuk memberikan informasi yang dimaksudkan sebagai sekedar sumber acuan ketimbang untuk dibaca secara keseluruhan 1 Sebelum jauh kepembahasan selanjutnya, kita perlu membuat hipotesa bahwa bahan pustaka referensi yang kita bahas disini adalah yang bersifat umum. Bahan pustaka referensi diantaranya adalah katalog, bibliographi, indeks, abstrak, informasi kilat, paket informasi, buku pedoman dan pegangan, sumber biografi. Dalam banyak literature disebutkan jenis-jenis bahan pustaka referensi yang lain seperti kamus, ensiklopedia, direktori, buku tahunan, buku pegangan, dan yang sedikit disebutkan adalah brosur-brosur, dan pamphlet. Yang disebutkan diatas itu adalah gambaran mengenai jenis-jenis sumber referensi yang dapat kita akses ketika kita membutuhkan informasi yang sifatnya seperti yang dikatakan dari awal yaitu tidak untuk dibaca secara keseluruahan. Untuk tahu lebih banyak mengenai bahan referensi, maka sedikit kita membahas apa saja bentuk atau sifat dari jenis-jenis bahan referensi diatas yaitu : 1 1 Rahman Saleh, Abdul, Pengatar Kepustakaan, 53.

Na sociedade pós-industrial, mais precisamente na revolução 4.0, a informação emerge como elemento imprescindível para o  desenvolvimento econômico global, por meio da informação torna-se viável a interação entre nações e organizações dinamizando a inclusão social. A informação passou a ser considerada um insumo fundamental no sistema produtivo equiparando-se aos fatores, capital e humano, tornou-se imperativo em qualquer setor de atividade. Fato é que na contemporaneidade as organizações apresentam uma nova realidade a
qual a informação/conhecimento se mostra como elementos determinantes de sucesso, meio pelo qual garante sua produtividade, capacidade de inovar e consequentemente a competitividade. Objetivo: O trabalho propõe entender o valor da informação na sociedade do conhecimento, na medida em que a relevância da informação é fator de precisão para tomada de decisão corporativa. E os objetivos específicos: identificar as contribuições da teoria dos jogos mediante a análise de informações perfeitas e imperfeitas na tomada de decisão; entender como ocorre processos cognitivos na apropriação da informação e geração de conhecimento, que contribuem para os resultados da organização. Metodologia: Uma pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir de levantamento realizado no google acadêmico e na Base de Dados Referenciais de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação (BRAPCI) e Anais do ENANCIB com uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa .Resultados: Infere-se que com a Teoria dos Jogos é possível compreender as influencias cognitivas no contexto do processo decisório, visto que focaliza o raciocínio dos sujeitos organizacionais e dos agentes que intervêm na organização, ponderando as variáveis que influem nos resultados. Ao considerar as dimensões da informação cria-se valor para o subsídio as decisões, sobretudo, a escolha das estratégias adotadas em relação a informação. Conclusão: A partir da análise de conceitos e definições, entende-se que os players devem ser capazes de identificar, analisar, interpretar e fazer a escolha das informações necessárias, avaliando as incertezas e as oportunidades compreendidas ao tomar decisões em um mercado dinâmico. A informação e o conhecimento apresentam uma função essencial no âmbito de um jogo, uma vez que ,com esses insumos a organização procura entender o contexto e construir um panorama favorável, projetando uma melhor performance
em um ambiente caracterizado por incertezas As informações e conhecimentos sustentam a organização para garantir a sua sobrevivência, aumentando a produtividade e gerando diferenciais inovadores e competitivos .

Kütüphane, basılı ve elektronik bilgi kaynaklarının toplandığı, bu kaynakların belli bir sisteme göre tasnif edildiği, korunduğu ve çeşitli hizmetlerle kullanıcıya sunulduğu toplumsal kurumlardır. Bu açıdan kütüphane, toplum ile bireyin eğitiminde ve gelişmesinde en önemli unsurların başında gelmektedir. Yapılan kazılardan ve araştırmalardan elde edilen bilgi ve belgelere göre, kütüphanelerin geçmişi M.Ö. 4000’lere kadar uzanmaktadır. Geçmişi eskiye dayanan bu kurumların Anadolu’da da var olduğu arkeolojik kazılarla ispatlandığı gibi tarihi kayıtlarda da yer almaktadır. Anadolu’nun en eski yerleşim merkezlerinden biri olan Erzurum’un Türkler tarafından fethiyle birlikte başlayan imar faaliyetlerinde kütüphaneler de payını almıştır. Osmanlı Devleti’nde kütüphane hizmetleri vakıflar aracılığıyla yürütülmekteydi. Bu kütüphaneler ilkin cami, türbe, medrese ve tekke gibi kurumlarda ortaya çıkmış, sonrasında ise müstakil kütüphane binaları yapılarak vakıf bünyesinde kütüphane hizmeti verilmeye başlanmıştır. Cumhuriyetin ilanına kadar kütüphane hizmetleri bu şekilde devam etmiştir. Cumhuriyet döneminde farklı bir boyut kazanarak bu hizmetler devam etmiştir. Osmanlı döneminden günümüz Türkiye’sine kadar uzanan Erzurum kütüphanelerinin tarihi, çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Belgesel tarama yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada ulaşılan kaynaklar doğrultusunda değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.
Abstract
The library is a social institution in which information resources are gathered, these resources are classified and protected according to a certain system and presented to the user with various services. In this regard, the library is one of the most important elements in the education and development of the society and the individual. According to the information and documents obtained from the excavations and researches, the history of libraries dates back to 4000 BC. Archaeological excavations and records prove that these institutions, dating back to the past, are also found in Anatolia. Erzurum, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, has also included libraries in the reconstruction activities that began with the conquest of the Turks. In the Ottoman Empire, library services were carried out through foundations. These libraries first appeared in institutions such as mosques, tombs, madrasa and Islamic monastery and then, independent library buildings were built and library services were started to be provided in the foundations. Library services continued until the declaration of the Republic in this way. These services continued by gaining a different dimension in the Republic period. The subject of this study is the history of Erzurum libraries extending from the Ottomans and finally to the present day Turkey. In this study, the documentary screening method was used, and assessments were made in accordance with the sources reached.

ABSTRACT: Abstract: Presents a historical line of Information Science with the objective of detecting the moment that appeared the discussion about the right to information in that area and summarizes the vision of Gonzalez de Gomes about the multiephistemic character and metainformational of the studies in this field. RESUMO:Apresenta um traçado histórico da Ciência da Informação no intuito de detectar o momento de surgimento das discussões sobre direito à informação na área e resume a visão de González de Gómez sobre o caráter poliepistêmcio e meta-informacional dos estudos nesse campo. Consistiu originalmente do primeiro capítulo de tese doutoral da autora.

Introduction In this age of globalization, the importance of information and communication technology (ICT) to people generally and students in particular cannot be overemphasized. This is true because ICTs facilitate quick and easy access to a wide range of information/information resources world wide. In fact, it is now difficult to imagine a world without information technology. In this digital age, tertiary institutions strive to be up-to-date in their curricula. Il percorso che ha portato Trieste città nota come città letteraria per la fama indiscussa dei suoi tanti scrittori a diventare  anche Città di lettori con la qualifica di Città che legge grazie alle reti di collaborazione che attraversano la città e che coinvolgono i diversi attori della filiera del libro. L'abitudine a lavorare assieme e la grande diffusione di presidi di promozione alla lettura ha portato alla fine del 2018 alla stipula del Patto per la Lettura e nel 2019 alla candidatura di Trieste al network UNESCO Città creativa per la Letteratura
