Kemampuan pragmatis pemimpin Kristen merupakan aspek penting dalam menghayati dan menjalankan tugas panggilan mereka sebagai pelayan di tengah jemaat dan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan teologis dan praktis, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemimpin Kristen dapat mengembangkan kapasitas pragmatis dalam pelayanan mereka. Teologi memberikan landasan bagi pemahaman tentang panggilan pemimpin Kristen, yang didasarkan pada ajaran Alkitab dan tradisi gereja. Sementara itu, pendekatan praktis menawarkan strategi konkret dalam menerjemahkan prinsip teologis ke dalam tindakan nyata di dunia nyata, terutama dalam konteks kepemimpinan, pengambilan keputusan. Melalui kajian ini, diharapkan para pemimpin Kristen dapat lebih memahami pentingnya keseimbangan antara teologi dan pragmatisme dalam pelayanan mereka, sehingga mampu membawa transformasi yang holistik baik dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun komunitas yang mereka pimpin. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memahami esensi dari kepemimpinan yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai Kristiani, dalam hal ini kepemimpinan yang menghamba. Konteks pemahaman ini berangkat dari perilaku kepemimpinan yang tampaknya tidak lagi mengutamakan pelayanan bagi sesama, melainkan lebih mengarah kepada pelayanan untuk kepentingan diri sendiri. Servant leadership merupakan suatu pendekatan kepemimpinan yang menempatkan pelayanan kepada orang lain sebagai inti dari praktik kepemimpinan. Dalam konteks nilai-nilai Kristiani, servant leadership mengedepankan prinsip kasih, kerendahan hati, dan pengorbanan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman servant leadership dalam kerangka ajaran Kristus, di mana pemimpin tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengarah tetapi juga sebagai pelayan bagi komunitasnya. Melalui analisis terhadap teks-teks Alkitab dan contoh-contoh kepemimpinan yang terinspirasi oleh Kristus, artikel ini menunjukkan bagaimana seorang pemimpin yang melayani dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan individu dan kolektif. Konsep ini menekankan pentingnya empati, komunikasi yang terbuka, dan komitmen terhadap kesejahteraan orang lain. Dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai Kristiani dalam praktik servant leadership, pemimpin dapat membangun hubungan yang lebih kuat dengan pengikutnya dan menciptakan dampak sosial yang positif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi para pemimpin dalam berbagai sektor untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pelayanan dalam kepemimpinan mereka, sehingga menciptakan perubahan yang berarti dalam masyarakat.

This paper explores Christian leadership based on the principles of service and devotion, not on mastery or position. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this study aims to analyze how the leadership principles of Jesus Christ, especially those found in Matthew 20:20-28, can be applied in contemporary contexts. Through the collection of data from various sources, this research uncovers the conflicts and dynamics among the apostles and underscores the importance of the ethics of Kingdom of God leadership as a guide for Christian leaders. This ethics serves as a solid moral foundation, which not only shapes the character of leaders but also strengthens the Church's mission in the midst of global challenges. By emphasizing the relationship between ethics and spirituality, it is hoped that this research will make a significant contribution to the understanding and practice of ethical and relevant Christian leadership in the modern era. The results show that the application of the principle of service in leadership can glorify God and benefit society.

Kepemimpinan gerejawi memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan arah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jemaat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai gaya kepemimpinan dalam konteks gerejawi dan bagaimana penerapan model kepemimpinan efektif dapat berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan jemaat. Pendekatan kepemimpinan dalam gereja tidak hanya mencakup aspek administrasi dan pengelolaan sumber daya, tetapi juga spiritualitas, hubungan antar-jemaat, serta visi untuk pelayanan yang berkelanjutan. Model kepemimpinan yang menekankan kolaborasi, pemberdayaan anggota jemaat, dan kepekaan terhadap kebutuhan komunitas juga terbukti penting dalam membangun dinamika jemaat yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tujuan mengkaji dan menyajikan pokok-pokok bahasan sesuai dengan topik penulisan.

Aim: To determine Doctor of Physical Therapy student attitudes towards spirituality. Methods: This Observational Study was conducted from March 2018 to June 2018 after ethical approval. Total of 1003 participants were recruited through purposive non-probability sampling technique. DPT students from public/ private Universities were included in the study and Graduated Physical Therapist and Postgraduate Physical Therapy Students were excluded. 16-item Daily Spiritual Experiences Scale (DSES) was used to record response. Results: The mean age of the participants was 54.90 ± 6.8 years ranging from 18 years to 23 years. Ciclul de cărţi "Omul şi arta de a lumina" Prefaţă Despre aura umană şi ce este ea, există multe păreri, percepţii, interpretări. În această carte, intitulată "Ce este aura umană?", oferim un preambul în care facem referire la ceea ce este clarvederea directă, referiri la alcătuirea energetică a fiinţei umane şi a structurilor energetice ale acesteia. Vorbim de asemenea despre cei patru paşi ce trebuie făcuţi pentru desăvârşirea spiritului în duh, despre cum este alcătuit duhul şi rolul acestuia în lumea sufletelor, despre organele sufletului, despre prototrupul fizic şi funcţionarea omului în trup material. Facem de asemenea referire la darul fără de plată al lui Dumnezeu, ca şi la lucrarea răului de-a lungul vieţii omului, etc. Deşi la prima vedere am avea tendinţa să credem că unele informaţii se repetă, mai ales cele din prima parte a fiecărei cărţi, precizăm că aceste "aşa zise repetări" nu sunt de fapt decât precizări necesare, situate de fiecare dată pe un alt palier vibraţional, care ajută la o înţelegere mai bună a următoarei structuri energetice care compune entitatea numită om. This article explores the speculative short stories of Egyptian writers Alifa Rifaat (Alīfah Rifaʿat, 1930-1996) and Mansoura Ez-Eldin (Mansūrah ʿIzz al-Dīn, b. 1976) in conversation with scholarship from the anthropology of Islam, Islamic feminism, and queer theory. Rifaat's 1974 "ʿĀlamī al-Majhūl" ("My World of the Unknown") and Ez-Eldin's 2010 "Jinniyyāt al-Nīl" ("Faeries of the Nile") both stage queer encounters between women and jinn (sentient spirit-beings within Islamic cosmology) who provide spiritual actualization as well as sexual fulfillment. I argue that their emphasis on sensuous forms of piety-largely through Sufi mystical philosophy and poetic imagery-models a queer ethics of being and knowing. Addressing the polarized critical receptions of Rifaat and Ez-Eldin among both the Arabic literary establishment and Anglophone reading publics, the article further exposes the secular sensibilities of the "world republic of letters," in which feminist and queer modes of reading are often uncoupled from spiritual, and particularly Muslim, epistemes.

The word soum is an Arabic word characterized as deliberate abstinence from eating, drinking, and sexual experiences from dawn to dusk. In the post-modern world, going without eating and drinking anything for a certain period is either judged as an individual's unfree act or a superstitious practice by some typical materialistic people. Ramadan, the month of fasting is an inevitable part/pillar of Muslim tradition and belief. Thus given the growing misunderstandings, the practice of fasting in the month of Ramadan has been criticized/"banned" 1 in various parts of the world. In this context, the questions sharply emerge what is the philosophy of soum/fasting? Why Muslims undergoes such a hard trial? The paper attempts to pounder into these questions to counter the bizarre ideas, and misunderstandings concerning fasting and to explore the significance of fasting as a moral and spiritual paradigm. Though fasting is a voluntary and qualitatively different endeavor executed by a person for his/her spiritual and moral alimentation. The moral and spiritual implications of fasting reflect abnegation, chastity, frugality, temperance, prudence, and moderation. These are significant themes concerning soum/fasting which has attracted the attention of various philosophers' scholars and spiritual leaders. Having said that the paper attempts to inquire into the deeper meanings of the word soum concerning Muslim's practice of fasting in the month of Ramadan and extensively explore its moral, spiritual and social aspects.

Since the turn of the millennium, Spiritual Intelligence (SI) has gained
increasing recognition. More and more questions are being studied
under the light of SI. It is being considered as important norm of
human resource. Most of the research for analysing SI is done in field of
business. Very less research has been done in the field of education
where lives of people get shaped. Teachers must have this holistic form
of intelligence in order to serve our students and bestow them with the
most profound gift, enabling them with the ability to create vision and
meaning in their lives. Future teachers must acknowledge, understand
and possess spiritual intelligence so that they can find a deep purpose. Hence the present research paper is
focused on testing the aptness of spiritual intelligence scale by Santosh
dhar and Upinder Dhar (2010) for assessing spiritual intelligence of
student-teachers.
Objectives
1) To find applicability of Spiritual Intelligence Scale (SIS-DD) by
Santosh Dhar and Upinder Dhar in field of Education.
2) To study inter-correlation between six dimensions of spiritual
intelligence
3) To examine correlation of each individual dimension of spiritual
intelligence with total SQ.
From statistical analyses of data it is found that So we can conclude
that DI Benevolence is not significantly correlated with DIV
Compassion and DVI Optimism. DII Modesty is not significantly
correlated with DV Magnanimity and DVI Optimism. Also DIV
compassion is not significantly correlated with DVI Optimism. Again,
DVI optimism is not correlated with DV Magnanimity.Hence, it leaves
us to partially accept the null hypotheses that there will be no
significant correlation between dimensions of spiritual
intelligence.Correlation of DI Benevolence with D II Modesty, DIII
Conviction, DIV Compassion and DV Magnanimityis statistically
significant. Correlation of DII Modesty with DIII Convictionand DIV Compassion is extremely statistically significant; Correlation of DIII
Conviction with DIV Compassion, DV Magnanimity and DVI Optimism
is significant. Also, Correlation between DIV Compassion and DV
Magnanimity is statistically significant.

: Religiosity and devotion perform a crucial part in many human 's life and can have a number of consequences on their
mental health. Religious and spiritual activities, such as prayer and attendance at religious services, have indeed been shown in
studies to help people manage with stress and anxiety, resulting in improved mental health. Furthermore, religious and spiritual views
can provide people a feeling of mission, meaning, and confidence, which can lead to greater psychological health. However, religious
views and practices can be stressful for some people, especially if they cause emotions of regret or shame. Ultimately, the connection
among religion and spirituality and mental health is multifaceted and differs widely depending on one's background and beliefs.
More work is required to better comprehend the connection among religiosity and devotion and mental health, in addition to find
appropriate treatments for people who struggle with this issue. Religion and spirituality have indeed been proven to perform a part
in the therapy and control of a various of mental health issues, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and addictions, in addition to
stress and anxiety. Some people with depression, for example, find some comfort and consolation in their religiosity or devotional
beliefs, which can assist to reduce depression symptoms. Moreover, several research studies have shown that religiosity and
devotional practices, such as mindfulness meditating and praying, can enhance brain function, resulting in increased mood and
reduced symptoms of despair and anxiety. It is crucial to emphasize, however, that religiosity and devotion can have an adverse
effect on mental health in some people. Religious views that emphasize guilt and shame, for example, it might leads to feelings of
worthlessness and low self-esteem, which can contribute to the development of melancholy and anxiety. Likewise, religious and
spiritual activities utilized for dominance or manipulation can be detrimental to mental health.

The diversity of spirituality patterns of generations in the church is a reality. Each generation has a unique style of spirituality. This uniqueness is a gift from God which of course is also shaped by the life experiences of each generation that is permitted by God. This challenges the church to carry out a generation-based ministry to develop the spirituality of the congregation. This paper helps ministers to understand the spiritual characteristics of each generation as a basis for developing intergenerational spirituality ministries. The uniqueness of the spirituality of generations must be embraced in the fellowship of the congregation as the family of God.

In popular culture, people are considered to be humans if only they satisfy their libido. So, popular culture can blurring self identity in the society, because communal similarity is preferred. Self identity formed from communal understanding of popular culture concept and "force" someone to follow it. Aim: To determine Doctor of Physical Therapy student attitudes towards spirituality. Methods: This Observational Study was conducted from March 2018 to June 2018 after ethical approval. Total of 1003 participants were recruited through purposive non-probability sampling technique. DPT students from public/ private Universities were included in the study and Graduated Physical Therapist and Postgraduate Physical Therapy Students were excluded. 16-item Daily Spiritual Experiences Scale (DSES) was used to record response. Results: The mean age of the participants was 54.90 ± 6.8 years ranging from 18 years to 23 years. Out of 1003 195(19.4%) were males and 808(80.6%) were females, 312(31.1%) having no clinical attachment and 691(68.9%) having clinical attachment. 4949(49.3%) were in Riphah international university, 68(6.8%) were in SAHS children hospital, 122(12.2%) were in SPT, Mayo Hospital, 319(31.8%) were in Rashid Lateef Medical College. The result shows that there is no significant difference in spirituality score among DPT students of different institutes according to age, gender, year of study and clinical attachment. Conclusion: This study concluded that entry-level DPT students had positive attitude towards spirituality.

Facts and Factors that are promoting child labor in Pakistan and the role of government to protect child labor. The main idea of the present research was to find out the main problems that are increasing child labor in Pakistan. It was a study, and all respondents (57) from all provinces of Pakistan was based on qualitative and quantitive research. The mean age of respondents was 25-30. The study was completed in 1.5 years. Due to the sensitivity of instant research neither name nor any identification of respondents was questioned. The data was collected through interviews and survey questionnaires. All the respondents were generally briefed regarding study and interviews were conducted with their due consent. it was observed that 81% of children are working due to poverty,7% are working due to large family size, 5% are working due to unemployment, 4% are working due to the death of guardians and 4% are other reasons. Also, child labor increased in the (1997-2007). The convicted prisoners were suffering from different problems. They were not satisfied with the provided facilities. Although the government is trying to provide basic health facilities there is a need for more intention exclusively from policymakers.

Ramayana, a replica of Vedas

There are several versions of the Sri Ramayana, one of the two greatest epics. Following Sri Valmiki Ramayana several editions have been published in various languages, besides scores of commentaries written across centuries. Late. Gunturu Seshendra Sharma, scholar poet of 20th Century unearthed secrets of the Ramayana through his popular Telugu book “Shodasi”.
The novelty of nomenclature Shodasi , called Sri Vidya is reflected , in the 16th Chapter . Sharma’s intellectual depth comes forth in analyzing Sundara Kanda specially through Kundalini Yoga . The author highlights hidden truth in Valmiki’s thought that is similar to Vedas and says that Trijata’s dream in Sundara Kanda reflects Gayatri Mantra of 32 Syllabi in 4 lines. Sharma pays rich encomiums in the description of Lanka surrounded by three impregnable borders. He compares these three borders with Trikuta viz... Shakti , Kaamaraaja , Vagbhava Kutas with those of Sri Vidya in Kundalini . A staunch believer of Vedas, the author feels that Ramayana is a replica of Vedas and oriented towards the character of Indra . He concludes that in Ramayana the mentioning of the supreme God is Indra and not Vishnu, as the presiding deity of valour in Vedas. Utterances of the word Vishnu were considered to be imaginary overstatements in the author’s view.
This book lends a new perspective to the Ramayana by adding the dimension of Kundalini Yoga .
The foreword by Vishwanatha Satyanarayana adds credibility to the book. The current work is an English translation of the original by Gurujada Suryanarayana Murthy , a scientist by profession . His proficiency in the subject is evident in the translation throughout that doesn’t swerve from the original’s purport.

A Resplendent Icon of all Arts

This is an exemplary book which elevated the status of Indian Literary Criticism to the peaks of the world literature. Shodasi is a name associated with a great hymn. The title suggests that it’s a book on spiritual discourse. A reading of this book suggests that the spirit of scientific temper is critical to comprehend Valmiki’s Srimad Ramayana. Besides this, command on Vedic or Scriptural knowledge is essential. What does a layman has to say when a towering personality like Viswanatha Satyanarayana himself extolled the critical acumen and serious scholarship of Seshendra Sharma.

Sharma has made it crystal clear that unless one has an apparent understanding of the plot’s context, psyche of the characters, and the milieu of the bygone days supplemented by extraordinary scholarship, sound knowledge of phonetics and awareness on contemporary issues; one cannot easily comprehend the poetic diction of Valmiki. The debate on the phrase “Netraturaha” is a fitting example. The uniqueness of the title, Sundara kanda, Kundalini Yoga, Gayatri Mantra secretly hidden in Trijata’s dream sequence, considering The Bharatha as an image of The Ramayana.... this book is a repository of many such critical discourses. It is replete with inconceivable and unfathomable issues. This magnum opus is an invaluable gift to the Telugu literature.

Valmiki Ramayana – Greatest Medicine for Mankind

The story of Ramayana is prescribed as textbook for students. Sita and Rama are worshiped as prime couple. No need to mention about reciting it. Whether Valmiki was satisfied with simple narration of the story? Seshendra Sharma denies it.

He analyzed it mentioning that to understand the inner meanings of Valmiki Ramayana, the scientific knowledge is essential.

The underlying secret of the sage’s mind will be known through the knowledge of science.

It is the firm opinion of Seshendra that the argument that “the sciences are for scholars only” is a conspiracy hatched by Selfish scholars and lazy uneducated persons.

Seshendra who has democratic ideology and conviction on science and literature informs the public about the secrets of Ramayana expounded by Valmiki. He explains that Valmiki dedicated ambrosia (The Greatest Medicine) named “Kundalini Yoga” to the mankind. The poetry in the metre of Anushtup Sloka is the honey coating to the medicine. It was explained with great introspection and exemplary scholarship. He concludes that the Ramayana is older than the Maha Bharatha and it is another form of Veda. Valmiki introduced the system of meditation in Ramayana. The Introspection and research bent of mind of Seshendra are spread over in the book in two streams. The exuberant fragrance of scholarship is experienced throughout the book.

The present generation can understand the scholarship of Seshendra in Vedas and Mantra Sastra. Seshendra is a poet who has composed unique Ruthu Ghosha (Cry of the Seasons: Metrical Poetry) and revolutionary free verse –Mande Suryudu (The Burning Sun).

Two Great Peaks in the world literary criticism and research

Shodasi: Secrets of The Ramayana and Swarnahamsa Harshanaishada from the mighty pen of the great Telugu poet, Gunturu Seshendra Sharma are considered to be the two great peaks in the world literary criticism and research. This is a truth most contemporary Telugu writers and readers aren’t aware of. The way Seshendra could discover Kundalini Yoga, Gayathri Mantra in Shodasi, he could discern the treasure trove of mantra yoga, Sri Mahatripurasundari, Chintamani mantra in Swarnahamsa.

At a time when our universities which are mere Degrees production Units, churn out “solid waste” in the name of research; Seshendra even while attending to his job as a Municipal Commissioner created research oriented critical volumes like a sage.

Though Shodasi was published in 1967 and Swarnahamsa in 1968; Swarnahamsa was created by him much before Shodasi was conceived. The concepts that Srinatha, Nannayya and Mallanatha, the Telugu Classical poets couldn’t decipher,
Seshendra could. He humbly submits that he is most fortunate that the triumvirate had left behind some pertinent concepts only to be discovered by him at a later stage.

In al-Hikmah, one of the terms for occult science in Islam, the word khodam refers to an acquired familiar spirit, unlike Qarin, which is a companion spirit one is born with. These khodam familiars, are not animal spirits, or at least, they do not normally appear in animal form, unlike the familiars of wicca and shamanism. Generally speaking, the khodams are said to be specialized spirits of the angelic/jinn class, though some occult practitioners explain that khodams are specifically the angelic servants embodied and guarding the letters of the Arabic alphabet, and even the Asma ul-Husna-the 99 Beautiful Names of Allah. A minority of practitioners believe them to be intermediate spirits between angels and jinns. From the foregoing information, we may define "Ilmu Khodam" to be the occult art of conjuring and acquiring invisible helpers to assist in one's magickal operations. The nature and spiritual level of the khodams that the occult practitioner acquire is dependent upon his/her own spiritual attainment. Not all khodams have the same powers or to the same degree. The master of a khodam would have to inquire the spirit familiar regarding its speciality, nature, class, origin, and other pertinent matters. Khodams are said to be charismatic, have powerful presences, with strong personalities and revealing identities. They are also highly intelligent and communicative. They have a calm nature and their words are filled with wisdom. Khodams normally appear in robes. Several years ago, the writer of this article was initiated into the methods of Ilmu Khodam by one of its modern pioneers here in Indonesia. Eventhough this transmission was not completed because circumstances at that time did not permit it, enough of the basic knowledge was conveyed and later applied. After conducting the initial experiment of the conjuration with satisfactory results, we had hoped to meet our initiator for a thanks-giving ritual, but failed to do so as he had left town for good. Years passed, and in the interim, many other occult practitioners of al-Hikmah began teaching Ilmu Khodam-most of them students of the pioneer mentioned above. Acknowledging that the above specific explanation regarding khodams are correct, in addition, these spirits, according to our initiator, are actually one of the earliest created (emanated?) beings and are a class of their own-they do not belong to either groups of angels and jinns. Their have a benign nature and have sworn to serve only for good purposes so that they might acquire merit and evolve further, perhaps allowing them to attain a higher spiritual status permitting them to approach closer to the Throne.
