The central nucleus of the reflection and the declination of the proposal for a sabbatical time for the community takes up an essay already published. The reflection was part of a beautiful experience of ongoing formation of the clergy carried out by the Apulian pastoral care institute and now fully published. The text comes
here expanded and placed in a global reinterpretation of the relationship between parish renewal and Change of leadership. [...]
The theological-pastoral indications expressed in the previous reflections lead us to elaborate, as an attempt, an operative protocol that is useful in the concrete realization of this task: to use the change of leadership of the community as a moment of transformation of parish organizations. The goal of creating a protocol involves the choice of a descriptive and proactive style. Description that will focus above all on the analysis of the subjects, actions and times that make this pastoral operation possible.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Alla parrocchia vengono attribuiti alcuni limiti. Il nucleo centrale della riflessione e la declinazione della proposta di un tempo sabatico per la comunità riprende un saggio già pubblicato.
La riflessione si inseriva in una bella esperienza di formazione permanente del clero realizzata dall’istituto di pastorale pugliese e ora interamente pubblicata. Il testo viene
qui ampliato e collocato in una rilettura globale del rapporto tra rinnovamento parrocchiale e Cambio di guida. [...]
Le indicazioni teologico-pastorali espresse nelle riflessioni precedenti ci portano ad elaborare, come tentativo, un protocollo operativo che sia utile nella realizzazione concreta di tale compito: utilizzare il cambio di guida di comunità come momento di trasformazione delle organizzazioni parrocchiali. L’obiettivo di realizzare un protocollo comporta la scelta di
uno stile descrittivo e propositivo. descrizione che si incentrerà soprattutto nell’analisi dei soggetti, delle azioni e dei tempi che rendono possibile questa operazione pastorale.

The parish remains the privileged place of pastoral care with respect to groups, associations and movements and yet there is talk of new images of the parish. Several examples are given and the proposals are increasing. However, it is not always clear whether and to what extent such experiences or projects are "new images". To answer this question, a better definition of the analysis criteria is needed. But ultimately the question refers to the need to further investigate the structural elements of the "definition" of parish.

Se dan varios ejemplos y las propuestas van en aumento. Sin embargo, no siempre está claro si y en qué medida tales experiencias o proyectos son "nuevas imágenes". Para responder a esta pregunta, se necesita una mejor definición de los criterios de análisis. Pero en última instancia la pregunta se refiere a la necesidad de profundizar en los elementos estructurales de la "definición" de parroquia.

siano “nuove immagini”. Per rispondere a tale interrogativo occorre una migliore definizione dei criteri di analisi. Ma in ultima istanza la questione rimanda alla necessità di approfondire ancora gli elementi strutturali della “definizione” di parrocchia.
