About this ebook

I struggled with procrastination for many many years. I tried many things but most of them failed. I tried things like doing your bed in the morning. I tried having a clean desk. I tried just doing it now. I tried being positive. I tried having a healthy diet. I tried using supplements and medicine. All of these things are bullshit. The answer for procrastination is very logical. The answer is a giant elephant in the room and you are completely missing it (just as I did for many years).

    Procrastination - Ruhan Khancan

What do you do when you procrastinate?

Have you ever tried logically to think about the reason why you procrastinate, like think logically what do you do when you procrastinate. Like what do you do? Do you do something useful? Do you get some work done? Do you do some studying? Do you read a book? Do you spend some time with your family? For most of you the answer for all of these things will be no.

Now I am going to give you some good, very fucking good life advice. I want that the next things that I am going to tell you gets implanted in your mind very very properly. This might be the most important information that you will read in your whole life.

The reason for it is because it can drastically help you with your biggest problem, your biggest problem probably is procrastination. So it is very possible that I'm going to give you a very big gift. The gift to decrease procrastination by a very large degree.  All you did was pay me an x amount of money.  And yes I am incredibly thankful for that, but I just want to set up the next sentence. I'm going to soon tell you. Your parents might have gave you birth. But I'm the one that will help you to reduce procrastination by a really large degree.

Alright are you ready? Again I repeat myself I want this sentence to be planted deep in your mind. This might be a big moment in your life.

    Here it comes:

The reason why you procrastinate is not because you are lazy or anything in that kind the reason that you procrastinate is because you are an addict.

I'm not sure what your reaction will be now, will it be what the hell is this guy talking about? Will your reaction be like what do you mean? Let me elaborate. Hear me out.

Now remember the question I asked you before what do you do when you procrastinate? None of the things above. You don't do anything productive or even like spend time with your family (which is also good).

No what you do is for instance watch tv, you watch YouTube, you watch Tiktok, you watch a TV show, you watch a movie, you play some video games, or you watch some porn and jerk off.  Does this not sound familiar to you? I bet it does.

Perhaps I have missed like the specific thing you do, But I'm pretty sure I'm quite close to it. You could also have more severe addictions like smoking weed or something. Anyways you kind of get what I'm saying.

Your problem is not necessary procrastination, your problem is that you are an addict

I repeat myself your problem is not procrastination your problem is addiction. Just like me I looked at it totally wrong for years. I was like what is the cure for procrastination? Why do I procrastinate? I didn't get it. It took me many years to figure it out! It took me to many years. Now it is all so obvious to me. It is so obvious to me where a lot of the procrastination came from. And after reading this book, it will also be more obvious to you.

    A world without addictions

Now I want you to imagine a world where your addictions did not exist. A world where your screen did not exist. You didn't have a laptop, you didn't have a game console, you didn't have a Xbox, you didn't have a PlayStation, you didn't have TiK ToK, you didn't have YouTube, you didn't have porn, you didn't have Facebook, you didn't have TV shows, you didn't have movies, you didn't have TVs, you didn't have weed, you did not have anything of those kind of things.

Do you think that it would be less likely that you would fall into procrastination?

    Imagine this scenario

Let me elaborate further. Now I want you to imagine a scenario. Let's take a scenario where most of us can relate to. Let's say you plan to go to the gym 3 times a week, this is your plan. You plan to go to the gym monday, wednesday and friday. You made your little training scheme and you are all happy now yaaay.

You are all happy now and it's all fun and dandy. Everything is nice and every task you have is going well and it's so easy.

So in week one everything went fine and dandy. But now week 2 comes.  Something bad happens. To get the point across I will give you some examples. For instance: a girl you were texting does not reply to you back anymore, for instance you did not get enough sleep that day, for instance you got into a fight with your parents, for instance you had bad grades in school, for instance someone was nasty to you, for instance you had a bad hair day for instance whatever the f***.

Anything that is that bad, let's say that happens to you in the second week. Now while you feel bad you need to go to the gym. You have massive resistance now and you don't feel like going to the gym. Does this sound familiar to you? I mean obviously this does not only need to be if you go to the gym, it can be anything
