Silynx has disgraceful Customer Service. I recently purchased a Silynx Clarus FX2 which I have yet to use. Due to a change in our team’s radio requirements, I contacted Silynx Customer Service within 30 days of the purchase, to exchange from the fixed Adapter to a Hirose 6-pin adaptor. Theresa at Customer Service informed me the unit I was sold new in the box was an older model and could not be exchanged unbeknownst to me. They won’t change the plug, however, they would sell me another Silynx Clarus FX2 for $543.00 plus shipping.
I have to say in this day in age with the defund movement at full steam it is no surprise to see a business like Silynx jumping on board to de-income Operators wallets. This company is nefariously selling old equipment and then denying Customer Service to Operators. To any SWAT Team Logistic Commanders or Operators looking for equipment, I would avoid this company, this shockingly predatory sales practice is unconscionable. There is no support at Silynx in the Customer Service Department only sales opportunity and an “I’ll take what’s in our pocket,” mentality if you will. I’m not looking for a freebie, I’m looking for an exchange so I can stay 10-8.
