Master Chef Competition
Hello competitors, and welcome to MASTER
CHEF! I am Gordon Ramsey, and today is the day you have ALL been waiting for your challenge is to cook and cater TWO of the events below. Not only will this challenge determine the best chef in our class, but you will get paid based on the cost per person, per recipe from your catering jobs.
I am asking that you prepare a meal consisting of an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert for EACH of your catering jobs. Pick 2 of the 4 parties below and lets begin making some amazing dishes! Carolina Panthers Sunday Football Pre-Game Meal # of guests = 96

Master Chef Challenges: 1) To accomplish your task, you must choose some of my, Gordon Ramseys, famous recipes and adjust the ingredients for an appetizer, main dish, and dessert for each of the 2 selected events.
2) Each event must have a different appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Therefore, a total of 6 of my delicious recipes must be used and adjusted.
3) Calculate the amount of money you will make based on the number of people per party and the cost per person per recipe.
4) Include a title page for your catering event summary with a CREATIVE Master Chef Catering Company name.
5) Your catering event summary must include: Each recipe LABELED with the name of the recipe The original number it serves and its original ingredients Underneath or next to the original information should be the adjusted amount of ingredients and the new number of people the adjusted recipe serves *This may be done ELECTRONICALLY and emailed to me at bnorris@wcpss.net or handed in to me (typed or creatively done another way). Appetizer Recipes Buffalo Chicken Wings serves 12 people; $5.50 per person Ingredients 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into finger-sized pieces cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper teaspoon salt cup bread crumbs 2 egg whites, beaten 1 tablespoon water Guacamole Serves 16 people; $4.20 per person Ingredients 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled 1/3 lime, juiced teaspoon kosher salt teaspoon ground cumin teaspoon cayenne medium onion, diced 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced
