1) Explain the Construction & working principle of moving iron instrument.
2) What is PMMC .Explain with suitable diagram? Also discuss the advantages and disadvantages of PMMC. 3) What is difference between a PMMC and moving iron (MI) instruments .The full scale deflection torque of a 10A moving iron ammeter is 4Nm. Find the rate of change of self- inductance of the instrument at full scale. 4) Explain the construction and working principle of a single phase induction type of energy meter. Derive its torque equation. 5) State and drive the expression for blondels theorem.
