Reflection
Therere several qualities should be on teacher, like having a storing knowledge in particular subject areas,
being a good manager, and the important thing is to be good talker in explaining things to others, because its a
huge responsibility teacher should performed it faithfully. Also, because the future generations are in his
hands.
In my future life career, and officers I will be a teacher. I think that my positive praise for children will always
be essay for me, because I am a positive person who like to say a good things to people, that why I don't thing
that its will be difficult for me to say positive praise.
Its a huge problem if the teacher does not gave the students a clear, specific, step by step instructions, because
their are some students who are differential learners, these students have difficulty thinking abstractly may
have a short attention lear. On other hands, there are some high level student, so the teacher should know how
to balance between them and give a different clear, specific, step by step instruction
understand it.
When someone say to u a negative praise your feelings turns disappointed, because thats wasn't what you want
to hear from it. I remember when my arabic teacher say to me the my level in arabic will never improve,
because I will never understand arabic grammar, that make me so disappointed and want to cry, because I want
to be good in arabic subject and get a high degrees.
On other hand, when someone tells you a positive praise you still remember it forever and smile when you
remember it, that why I still remember all my positive praise that my teachers says to me. For example, I was
so proud of my self when my math teacher says to me in front of everybody that I will be a great teacher in the
future.
To sum up, teachers should talk positive to the students and praise them to encourage them and make the
proud of themselves.
