Reflection:
what went well:
The story was great and the students were excited. To keep students engaged I gave each students pictures such
as, apple, sofa and orange and when they heard these words, they will stand up and say the words. The students
listened carefully to the story and they participated.
The craft activity was amazing. The students were enjoyed and they surprised me with their ideas. Moreover, I
noticed that they learn and understand the words quickly.
Exchange the activities between the groups . This strategy was good because it allows students to do all the
activities and keep them busy and motivated to learn.
Use simple language and gestures to help students to understand the lesson.
The activities were good and suitable for their levels, they do it independently without facing any problems.
Even better if:
Prepare extension activities because some students finished the activity faster than their friends and they call me
and said Miss I finished.
Make sure that all students are doing the activity because some of them were drawing on their books,
completing their books and talking with their friends.
Manage the time to be able to do the close activity because the bell rang and students were busy with activity.
Also, I did not have a time to do the revision.

Next step in teaching and learning:

Choose a leader or teachers assistant for each group. This student will be responsible
for the member of the group, checking are they work or not. This technique is perfect
because it will boost students self esteem and it will lead to have positive learning
environment.
Cancel some activities or reduce the opening activity, to be able to do the closing
activity.
Designed extension activities.
Use story and song to help students understand the lesson.
