Flash cards of numbers (1-5) Ask question : a) What am I holding now? b) How many stars are there with me now?

-First, teacher shows pupils the flash cards on numbers (1-5) -Then the teacher asks pupils to follow her to pronounce numbers in order (1-5). -Then the pupils are asks to pronounce numbers by themselves each and every person.

Step 2 (10 minutes)

Match and rearrange the numbers according to sequence on the whiteboard. Colour numbers in the worksheet given. (refer worksheet 1) Doing collage on numbers Creating own stars

-Teacher asks the students to rearrange numbers according to sequence correctly. -Teacher gives the students worksheet and ask them to colour. -Pupils are asks to do collage on numbers (in groups)

Closure (5 minutes)

Pupils sing again the song by waving their own stars Ask them to see stars at the sky at night.

Teacher concluding the session by singing again along with the students. Teacher gives the students rewards because they create their own stars.
