    This document present the methodology involved in CLEANING OF RMU.

    Task: CLEANING OF RMU.

    1 Raise Permit to work Raise permit to work and other applicable permit to enable
    asset owner to be aware of the job to be done.
    2 Conduct tool box meeting Tool meeting to be done before commencing work and
    highlighting some of the hazard involved in the job
    3 Carry-out Cleaning of RMU This involved the cleaning of RMU with the use of sandpapers
    and liquid detergent for proper cleaning.
    4 Carry-Out Hipot Test This refers to the confirmation of the leaking current on the
    Ring Main Unit (RMU). DEP 63.10.08.91-Gen.
