My name is Montrez Greer and i am from Lakeland, Florida. I have a degree in the science of Physical Education. What inspired me to
chase this dream was my high school physical education teacher. He taught me on a daily basis to push myself and chase the dreams
that you have set forth. I am teaching Physical Education courses in grades K-12 at Lake Gibson Senior High School.
Lesson Introduction
In this lesson plan,
students will be able to increase fitness awareness, levels and education. They will be able to select and apply different warm-up
techniques to use for each individual sports. The task is to demonstrate different movement skills that need to be used in order to
maximize and restore muscle growth/recovery.
