Air Handling Unit

FFU(Fan Filter Unit) Clean System
Structure
With a standardized unit structure that can be freely installed on the ceiling, the product is currently being applied to
super clean rooms well known worldwide

Features

Hygrostat
Thermo -
Suitable for maintenance of super clean grade.
Modification and expansion according to the change of the manufacturing line is easily done.
Wide area is not required for the air handling machine room and installation time is short.
Layout for super clean grade can be freely done.
Installation and operation cost is relatively low.

Air Handling Unit
All the circulation air from the clean room is processed with Part of the circulation air from the clean room is processed with
sensible heat load at the Dry Coil, and then supplied into the room sensible heat load at the Dry Coil and then mixed with the air that is
through the FFU(Fan Filter Unit) by-passed and supplied into the room through the FFU (Fan Filter Unit).

Difference between the inlet and outlet water temperature: Difference between inlet and outlet water temperature:
Approximately 2 Approximately 8
Cost of main body is high due to the size of the coil area Coil area: decreased to 1/4 of previous design
Transportation and installation cost is high due to the size of (number of coil rows is doubled)
the coil area. Cost of the main body is low due to the size of the coil area.
Large installation area is required due to the size of the coil area. Cost of the transportation and installation is low due to the size of
(Effective area of the clean room is reduced) the coil area.
Flat distribution of temperature inside the room is good Large installation area is not required by the coil area
Fan

Flat distribution of indoor temperature : worse than previous

methods (within allowable range)

Advantages of the Fan Dry Coil System

Built-Up Unit

Energy saving effect

Through increasing the coil temperature difference, coil area can be decreased and energy saving effect is high by
selection of optimal coil.
Power of the FFU(Fan Filter Unit) can be reduced by integration of the propeller fan.
Reaction on the chemicals
Fan Dry Coil Unit

Structural materials are the Off Gas alternation that has low generation of organic gas
Constructability
Improved constructability due to equipment in compact size
