This is why we have written our new comprehensive foundation course which
addresses the problem of trainees entering the industry without the necessary practical
skills and knowledge.
We know that with a small amount of capital investment in initial training, the rewards
are far greater than the traditional on the job training.

Facilities
We have 4 cellar classrooms that are designed to replicate the
in-trade environment and allow all aspects of brewery installation
equipment to be practised and developed by trainees.
The course runs daily between 9.00am and 3.30pm with half an
hour lunch break.
4 x Cellar
There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge Classrooms
facilities for trainees to use.
