knowledge in a practical way. I would like to build my future which will help my company
and me personally. Actually, My short-term is to get a good job in a reputed company and my
long-term goal is to be in a respectable position handling bunch of people and getting more
profit out my expectations.

III. How do you adapt to change?

When we talk about about adapting to change it may be difficult at times but I do these
following things to help me adapt to change Acknowledge the change, Face your fears, Stop
the fearful thoughts and replace them with something positive, Be flexible and embracing of
change.

IV. What are you most passionate about?

I am most passionate about learning new things. It can be business related or related to
innovations or politics or anything that excites me. As soon as I get to know about new things
I wait no more and end up going to the roots of the topic. It does not make me superior but it
does make me have knowledgeable.

V. What is a Positive Attitude?

Positive attitude is the energy one displays irrespective of what challenges are thrown at them
and no matter what anyone around thinks about them or tells them!

This happens with a lot of mind practice and training over and over again, so much so that
when faced with challenges and road blocks, the person is able to look at it from afar and see
it for what it is rather than being a part of it and making it bigger than what it is!
Positivity stems from being able to see perspectives and staying stoic and influencing
everyone around them to stay calm and happy!

Positive attitude happens with training over a period of time when the positive behaviour
becomes repetitive and consistent!

VI. What is Motivation?

When you skip food, study 18 hours a day, no weekends, no family time, no rest,
you don't give 100% you give 500% still fail in the UPSC Exam but you start all
over again.

Some of us follow our passion & not succumb to comfortable life. When they fail
to succeed they face insults, mockery, poverty, loneliness but still they try and keep
trying even if they fail a 100 times.

This is what motivation is for me. It comes from within!

It's a reflection of your inner strength, will power and commitment to achieve

VII. What motivates you?

"You are not in that condition that you want

or that you want to live!"
I think this reason is enough to get motivated.
Don't be lazy. Do hard work till you achieve your goals. Live your dream life.
When we were in childhood, we had so much dreams. But later what happens? We
listen to others. We start to take doubts on ourself. Then we blame on ourself or
god. We change our goals. But we should not change our goals. We should just
change your attitude.

IX. Tell me a time when you identified a problem with a process and what steps did you
take to improve the problem?

When I was made to work with the team for a project and they were coming up with different
ideas. Their ideas when to make lemonade and earn money and other stuffs. But I had
something different in my mind. When I told them to make a wrist band using popsical stick.
I wanted to earn more with minimum of investment. They were like it would not be able to
take place on the ground level. I first made them understand the way I would want it to go on
with my plan but they were not willing to put any effort. I found the problem there. And I had
decided to manage my plan by my own self. They only had to keep an account to the sales
and do the billing.

The step I took was to understand that the group of mine was not getting my plan and
how to execute it. So I handled it all by my own. From buying the raw materials to
making it.
X. Can you tell me about a conflict that made you feel frustrated?

When I was in first year and I heard about the business Idea Competition and was the very
first time I heard about anything like that. I was really excited to take a part in that. I
already had the plan to present in front of the guest but I needed a girl partner as it was a
cosmetic product that I made it. I approached to every girl whom I thought would be
interested to help me out. I thought they would be interested in the cash prize at least if not
helping me. But they were like not interested in my idea. I was like without a girl I would
be able to go with the product. That situation made me so frustrated and there was the time
when I realised how bad it was for me not to be social with the people around me.

XI. If you receive negative feedback from your boss. How will that make you feel?

In case if that happens with me then I am going to make sure that I make my boss
realise how worthy I am to the company by working beyond his expectation. Of course
I would feel low for a moment but that thing will motivate me.

XII. How would you feel if you tried to do something and failed?

If I have tried something and I have failed in it. I would reattempt it till I do not get the
result. There might be times that I may not get the desired result in the next 10 attempts
also but still I would prefer not to give up. As every failure is challenging me and
telling me, “I dare you, get me done”.

XIII. What are the methods you would use to motivate your team?

In order to motivate my team I prefer the followings:

By giving healthy office environment.

By giving positive feedback and reward my Team
communicate with my staff
By providing opportunities for development.

XIV. Describe the process you typically follow to make a decision about a plan of action.

The process that I typically follow to make a decision about a plan of action is:
Step 1: Identify Goal
One of the most effective decision making strategies is to keep an eye on the goal. This
simply means identifying the purpose of my decision by asking yourself what exactly is the
problem that needs to be solved? And why does this problem need to be solved?

Step 2: Gather Information for Weighing Your Options

When making good decisions it is best to gather necessary information that is directly related
to the problem. Doing this will help to better understand what needs to be done in solving the
problem, and will also help to generate ideas for a possible solution.

When gathering information it is best to make a list of every possible alternative; even ones
that may initially sound silly or seem unrealistic. Always seek the opinions of people that I
trust or speak to experts and professionals, because it will help you to come up with a variety
of solutions when weighing all your options for a final decision. I want to gather as many
resources as possible in order to make the best decision.

Step 3: Consider the Consequences

This step can be just as important as step one because it will help to determine how the final
decision will impact yourself, and/or others involved. In this step, one will be asking yourself
what is likely to be the results of your decision. How will it affect you now? And how will
it affect the future?

This is an essential step because it allows to review the pros and cons of the different options
that you listed in the previous step. It is also important because one want to feel comfortable
with all the options and the possible outcome of whichever one choose.

Step 4: Make Your Decision

Now that I have identified your goal, gathered all necessary information, and weighed the
consequences, it is time to make a choice and actually execute your final decision.
Understanding that this step can cause some people a lot of anxiety is important because this
is where you have to trust your instincts. Although it may still be slightly indecisive about
your final decision, you have to take into account how this makes you feel. Ask yourself,
does it feel right? And does this decision work best for now, and in the future? When one
answer those questions back, one should feel good about the result.

Step 5: Evaluate the Decision

Once I have made my final decision and put it into action, it is necessary to evaluate the
decision and the steps you have taken to ensure that it works. This final step is probably just
as important as step one, if not more important, because it will help you to further develop
your decision making skills for future problems. This step is also fundamental because it
may require you to seek out new information and make some changes along the way.
XV. Tell me something about your work style, personal style, management style etc?

My work style is extremely flexible – working on so many different projects requires me to

be adaptive. In general, I try to work on one project at a time, working as quickly but
efficiently as possible to achieve the highest results. All of my projects require collaboration,
so I use the team environment to check for errors. I am a perfectionist and a driven worker,
and I think my clear communication skills allow me to bring out the best in any team, in any
project.

My own personal style could be anything from whatever I am feeling at the moment. I tend to
have a practical laid back style when I am at home, which is usually me wearing pajamas or
shorts and a T-shirt.

I don’t have one style of management. I assess the situation and the team before deciding
what action to take to get results. There are times when the health and safety of the team
depends on clear instructions. Investing in the long-term development of team is the best way
to achieve sustainable results

XVI. Describe the process you followed to pick the college you attended.

provides what.

When I was in the competition which took place in college, I thought of taking help
with my faculty. At first he was helpful but then he suddenly said me to do whatever
I want as he will not help me. I was like so numb for that moment as I had no one as
to help me out in it. But then I went through the internet and worked upon my idea
alone and yes, I did succeed. After winning I went to the faculty to say that I won.

XVIII. What sort of environment do you enjoy working for?

I like to work in an environment where productivity is high, and the employees have a sense
of commitment. In my experience, whether the culture is extremely fast-paced or more laid
back, it’s the dedication of the employees at all levels that makes the company successful and
a great place to work.

XIX. How would you describe your change since high school?

I learnt to see things in better perspective. I learnt life isn't a cakewalk. Since high school, I
was more like a nerdy creature and was all lone during my school days left with fewer friends
circle. Things weren't sophisticating. It was so easy for me to go through my boards. By then
I realised this is a competitive world and only better minds will survive here.
I learnt,

 No one is going to back you up unless you put your foot right in there.
 Forget the past. Be a good individual at present. And learn for the future.
 Opportunities do knock and it depends on the individual to make use of it.
 Things don't go by your way. Accept them and learn to go through them.
 Just explore the world. Go beyond the books and peep in through all the awesome
inventions and advancements in technology.
 Come out of your comfort zone.
 You have to be selfish at certain occasions. I did mention, this is a competitive
world and you have to stand apart from others.
I realised spoon feeding would no more help. You need to have your own ideas to enrich.

way was the correct way. That's fine, but when you try to explain another view point, he
