As part of an international group of steakhouse restaurants, we have worked closely
with The Meat Co in the Middle East to develop our very own Halal selection of
dishes which we are proud to offer you.

All the produce in this menu is Halal certified when slaughtered. We do not
knowingly use alcohol in any of our sauces or prepared dishes, and we cook all
Halal products separate to non-Halal products.

Our dishes are expertly prepared with a range of meat products basted in our
unique trade secret basting, ensuring they are consistently tender, juicy and full of
flavour every time. We have created a non-alcoholic basting which is made and
flown in from South Africa especially for our Halal guests.
