knowingly use alcohol in any of our sauces or prepared dishes, and we cook all
Halal products separate to non-Halal products.
Our dishes are expertly prepared with a range of meat products basted in our
unique trade secret basting, ensuring they are consistently tender, juicy and full of
flavour every time. We have created a non-alcoholic basting which is made and
