    INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Holiday’s Assignment should be done on A-4 size pastel sheets and should be
    compiled in a beautiful file.
    • Revise complete syllabus done till now.

    ENGLISH
    1. Read Lesson 3 – My Early Home, Write 20 word meanings, 20 make sentences of
    the same lesson.
    2. Make one collage each of proper and common nouns.
    3. Write any 10 action words with their pictures.
    4. Write a short paragraph on any two given topics.
    (a) My favourite Cartoon Character
    (b) A day without electricity.
    (c) A visit to zoo.
    (d) Season I like the most.
    5. Do cursive writing from Page 8 to 20.

    MATHS
    1. Learn and write tables 2 to 12.
    2. Draw an abacus of atleast ten cars and write their numbers in number names
    and expanded form.
    3. Do worksheet 9 to 14 in Mental Maths Book.
    4. Solve 10 four digit sums of addition and 10 four digit sums of subtraction.

    ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES
    1. Delhi is not a city. It is a universe in its own. Gather information about Delhi its
    origin and famous places to visit with pictures.
    2. Plant a sapling on this Father’s Day and gift it to your father on this special day.
    3. Yoga makes man perfect. It’s good for health. Practice yoga asanas with your
    family and celebrate World Yoga Day. Paste pictures of any 4 asanas.
    4. Write and Paste pictures of sense organs and write a few lines about them.

    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
    1. Watch Discovery Channel and write about any 5 amazing animals with their
    pictures.
    2. Inculcate a habit of reading newspaper daily.
    3. Learn Current Affairs done till date.
    COMPUTER SCIENCE
    1. Draw a scene depicting summer season using MS-Paint. Take a coloured printout
    and paste it in your computer note book.
    2. Learn Chapter – 1 and 4.
