The key takeaways from the course are that it covers the theoretical, practical and safety aspects of manufacturing small bore tubing assemblies with twin ferrule compression fittings over 3 days with both classroom and practical training.

The course covers topics such as tube and component identification, selection and handling, tube cutting, bending and assembly techniques, health and safety practices, and isolation of SBT systems.

People working with twin ferrule compression fittings and tube line fabrication as well as those responsible for installing or inspecting small bore pipework should attend.

Course Overview

The Small Bore Tubing Integrity Course is a 3 day course taught at the Ecoman Academy.
Attendees learn about the theoretical, practical and safety aspects of the manufacture of
small bore tubing assemblies with twin ferrule compression fittings.

Additionally, the course includes an assessment of candidates’ skills and understanding.

Also, a high-quality, personalized course book, certification of skills achievement, and give
attendees and employers confidence that the correct methods and culture are being
adopted and used.

To provide delegates with the training required to demonstrate the knowledge and practical
skills of working with Small Bore Tubing Systems through an individual knowledge test and
practical exercises, giving an understanding of the relationship between installation
requirements and health and safety in the workplace, how to contribute to a good working
relationship and identify hazards in the workplace.
