ii) Dissolved oxygen (Do) of diluted sample after 5 days incubation. = 0.8 mg/lit.
iii) Dissolved oxygen (Do) of original sample = 0.6 mg/lit.
Calculate the BOD of 5 days & ultimate BOD of the sample assuming that the
deoxygenation constant 0.1.

mg/lit & constant 0.13 per day. The average velocity of flow of the stream is 0.18 m/s.
