IV. DRAW 1.0 (FREEHAND – 5 points)

Direction: Complete the fence. Add details and don’t forget to integrate your own design. (36-40)

V. EVALUATION. (5 points).
ESSAY : (36-40)
NOTE: Your reconstructed fence for items 26-35 will serve as your own design here in the situation that will be
presented to your client.

You are a draftsman in one of the most popular company in the city. You are responsible in planning
and sketching the needs of your clients such as house planning and designing furniture. Mr. Cenon Arago –
your former School Principal, asked you to draw a “Fence”. Surprisingly, he wanted you to sketch it
depending on your own design because he wanted it to be more different and unique based on the designer’s
choice. He has given you a week in planning and sketching the “Fence”. Now, the time has come for you to
present your work to your Client. Upon seeing and examining your own project, he became interested but
before approving your design he asked for one more thing. . . he wanted you to rationalize and/or explain
your project.
QUESTION: As a draftsman, how are you going to convince your client, to accept the design of your
fence. What do you think are the best words to tell Him?
