    TO ALL CLC COMMUNITY TRESURERS

    Greetings. I hope I find you well despite the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic hardships which we
    are currently facing as a country.

    Our financial situation is in a very bad state as you can see from the document below. This has
    happened since everyone was inquiring about the breakdown of their communities and it is because
    some of the communities have not paid their subscriptions since the beginning of this year 2020. We are
    still having RTGS100 which is our balance brought forward from 2019. From all the communities which
    we have in our Archdiocese have paid till date. Christ the king community and all other different adults
    from different communities where exempted to pay January and February subscriptions as they assisted
    with their services when we were travelling to Harare for the extra ordinary assembly in February.
    Moreover I urge you to continue pushing and also pushing others to clear their debts. Also, let us not
    forget to advice others in our communities to pay the National affiliation. Our diocesan subs are still
    pegged at US$1 per month that is for the adults and US$0.50 per month for the youths. Mind you we
    have got many expenses which include diocesan affiliation, youth affiliation and also it’s the end of the
    year let us not forget the Jairos Jiri children.

    It is my hope that in the near future we will have our own CLC bank accounts and merchant lines but in
    the meantime please use the following details for all your payments:
