This WHLP breakdowns your daily tasks and your tasks in each module. Please take note that your scores in “What I know and “What
can I do” will not form part of your grades” however it will greatly help you in developing essential skills that are stated in the content and
performance standards and on the objectives. These parts will prepare you in taking “What I have learned” and major outputs that will tell
how much you’ve learned and will be part of your grades. On “What I know” and “What can I do” you will check your own work through the
guidance of your parents, and you will reflect on it. On “What I have learned” the teacher will be the one to check your work. All your answers
and reflection will be written in your Mathematics Journal Notebook (A big notebook – 50 leaves).

If your score in “What I have learned” does not reached the performance level of 80% you will be given an intervention program that
you will be answering every 4:00 – 5:00 PM and during your vacant time. Your intervention materials will be given a week after the module
has been returned. I, as your teacher, will appreciate your honesty. If you have clarifications, questions, or suggestion, please don’t hesitate
