    Study Plan

    I am Md Mamun Or Rosid. I am a Bangladeshi. Now, I live at kunming in China


    and learning Chinese Language at Kunming University of Science and
    Technology. I have completed my B. Pharm (Hon’s) from Daffodil International
    University, Bangladesh. I am expected to complete Master’s degree from
    Biochemistry and Molecule Biology. After I finish my study, I want to complete
    my Ph.D. Study and Become a Professional Researcher.

    Introduction Of my Background
    I was born in the city of Chapai Nawabganj, Bangladesh. My father is a teacher,
    my mother is a Housewife and I have two Brother and two sisters. In 2013, I
    entered Daffodil International University. To fulfill this goal, I majored in
    Pharmacology in my Bachelor studies which acquainted me with the interactions
    that occur between a living organism and chemicals that affect normal or abnormal
    biochemical function. I have finished a completed project on
    “Evaluation of antidiabetic activity of Nigella sativa conducted to make a
    comparative study on the hypoglycemic effect of Nigella sativa seed oil and
    metformin using rats in vivo.”
    The study was conducted to make a comparative study on the hypoglycemic effect
    of Nigella sativa seed oil and metformin using rats in vivo. The objective was to
    compare and contrast the hypoglycemic effect of the seed oil and metformin to
    analyze whether the seed oil can be used as a dosage form.
    I have already conducted a survey on the universities through the internet and
    found some professor who are working in this particular field. They have several
    research papers on the antidiabetic drugs as well as drugs for other chronic
    diseases. Being motivated from that, I have decided to discover new compound
    from the plant source as well as the resource in China.
    The method I have designed for this research is well established by following this
    method we will get significant result. To validate the result, the trials should be
    performed. Here the animals can be used for the trials. Before starting the trials, the
    equipment must be checked and the animals should be checked routine wise. After
    certain period of time the blood samples should be collected and examined and the
    result should be recorded for further process.
    The four years study laid to a solid foundation for me. The Pleasure I got from
    studying and doing research made me decide to pursue a career in Pharmacy, and
    to be specific, in the study of Biochemistry and Molecule Biology.

    Why do I choose to study in China?


    China has currently become one of countries with the best education system in the
    world and it hosts a lot of world-class research campuses. A Post Graduate school-
    level education in the China will no doubt benefit me greatly for my future career.
    It will give me the opportunity to interact with and learn from the best Pharmacist
    in the World and participate in cutting-edge researches.

    Why do I choose to study in the Shanghai Jiao Tong


    University?
    Shanghai Jiao Tong University is one of the top University in the China and its
    Department of Biochemistry and Molecule Biology is one the most highly ranked
    Biochemistry and Molecule Biology Department as well. I chose this program for
    its prestigious profession, Stimulating atmosphere and beautiful sceneries.

    Why I want to study in Biochemistry and Molecule


    Biology
    As I am a highly motivated student seeking a rewarding career in the life sciences
    also interested in making a major contribution to the understanding of both novel
    and current disease processes, I want to research in the field of Biochemistry and
    Molecule Biology using my knowledge of Bachelor degree. I believe that I can
    serve people by working in research and I can make a contribution to develop this
    Biochemistry and Molecule Biology field, So I can build myself by learning and
    achieving a great experience working with my professor in Shanghai Jiao Tong
    University.

    Detailed Study Plan


    I will pursue my Master’s in Biochemistry and Molecule Biology in Shanghai Jiao
    Tong University. The normal length of the study is about 36 months. Throughout
    these 3 years, my study and research will be focused on Development of
    Biochemistry and Molecule Biology Field. The time arrangement of the Master’s
    Program in Biochemistry and Molecule Biology is listed as follow:

    First year
    I would like to put most effort of my first year on studying core courses. I will also
    attend seminars and also attend all the type of discussion related to my study.

    Second Year
    I will join a research group and do some preliminary research. I will then finish my
    graduate research proposal under the instruction of my research advisor. This
    proposal will probably be related to my preliminary research.

    Third Year
    According to my research proposal, I will carry out my research plan, arrange
    detailed experiments, analyze the results and modify the schemes. High quality
    research Papers are expected to be published on international academic journals
    during this period. Then I will focus on my graduate dissertation and degree
    defense.

    My plan after Post graduation


    After graduation, I plan to apply for my Ph.D. I will find out a good University and
    a good professor related to my subject. I will apply for my study and try to start my
    Ph.D. as soon as possible. If I can get any job-related research, I will join in this
    job for my experience.
