(S.Y. 2017-2018)

I. DEPED’S VISION, MISSION AND CORE VALUES

VISION

We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose


competencies and values enable them to realize their full potential and contribute
meaningfully to building the nation.
As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education
continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

MISSION

To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-
based, and complete basic education where:
Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment;
Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner;

Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and


supportive environment for effective learning to happen;
Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility
for developing life-long learners.

As a student belong to this class you are hereby require to observe, obey and respect
the following policies of the classroom for harmonious relationship between and among you
the students of Grade 9;

II. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE


1. You must come to school before 7:00 o’clock in the morning from Monday to Friday and
leave the classroom after 4:00 in the afternoon.
2. You are required to attend the class every day except for reasonable cause.
 For any reasons; present a copy of excuse letter duly signed by your
parents/guardians before going to be absent for the following day/s.
 For hospitalization; present a medical certificate, after recovering from sickness.
 For emergency; the parents or the guardians should asked permission/give a call
to the class adviser.
3. You must do your tasks actively, do your assignments or homework on time and submit
all requirements/projects as require by the teacher.
4. You must participate in any school activities and any class activities with all you can.
5. ALWAYS COME ON TIME.

III. PROPER GROOM AND BEHAVIOR


1. You must take your bath, comb your hair, nailed-cut and wear proper dress or uniform
before going to school.
2. For boys: Wear a prescribed hair cut at all times.
3. You must stay in your seat while class is going on. No standing and No roaming around
unless as require by your teacher to do so.
4. Keep silence while class is going on, No talking with your seatmate except as you called
by your teacher to do so. No bullying. No shouting.
5. Do all your personal necessity as quickly as you can before entering the classroom for a
class session.
6. BEHAVE, RESPECT AND GIVE A LITTLE BIT PRIDE TO YOURSELF.

IV. CLEANLINESS AND ORDERLINESS

1. You must do your task or responsibility assigned by your class adviser.


2. You must take responsible for any losses and damages of any classroom properties.
3. Don’t re-arrange the chairs and don’t spit on the floor.
4. Throw your garbage on the trash can. Strictly NO VANDALISM.
5. ALWAYS MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND ORDERLINESS OF THE CLASSROOM.

V. CLASS OFFICERS, GROUP LEADERS AND MEMBERS


As an officer and a good leader, you are expected to do the following tasks:
1. Be active in giving service. (to your classmates, teachers, principal, anyone of the school
faculty and staff, and visitors in the classroom)
2. Act as a model of the whole class of doing good things, obeying classroom policies and
observing orderliness and cleanliness of the classroom.
3. Taking in-charge of the class if there is no teacher around.(Class President)
4. You are the one to lead all responsibility assigned by the class adviser and subject
teachers.
5. Report all violation of classroom policies to your class adviser.
6. Get involved in any school programs or activities pertaining to achieved harmonious
relationship between and among students.
As a member of the class or group, you expected to do the following tasks:
1. Be active in doing the assigned tasks.
2. Pay kindness and obey class officers and or group leader.
3. Always follow the class officer or leader for bringing goodness to anyone and if you got
on a wrong track your officer or leader will pay the consequences.
4. Be participative in any activities, don’t rely on.
5. Be a GOOD SHEPERED at all times.

Any violation/s of the above aforementioned classroom policies will be dealt


accordingly.
