SYLLABUS
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
The student will be able to establish a relationship between the L2 and his/her major
and use the foreign language as a means to engage him/herself in metacognitive
processes in which he/she will take his/her own decisions and reflect upon social
issues and daily life situations.
STUDENTS' OUTCOMES
- By making use of future structures, the student is able to share future plans in
terms of professional/personal life, predictions about life in the future or world
situations.
- The student shares life experiences and also interacts with others expressing
regrets, desires or situations that influenced their major choice.
- The student makes predictions, talks about hypothetical situations and their
possible results, can express regrets and whishes concerning their
professional and personal life.

METHODOLOGY
An active and critical approach will guide the learning process to ensure students’
responsibility, engagement and commitment in achieving proposed learning goals.
Group learning activities will be stimulated as well as active language use for doing
and presenting will be encouraged.
EVALUATION
