FOR MY GOOD AND FOR HIS GLORY

I.
I must admit I don't understand,
Why God would let me face this painful circumstance
All I have to cling to is His word and His name;
But that's enough so I will trust

Chorus:
It's for my good and for his glory,
This trial's not the end of the story,
There's a bigger picture God alone can see,
It will take me through this sorrow
For I know he holds tomorrow,
And he assures me, it's for my good and for His Glory

II.
I love the Lord and he has promised me,
He'll work all things for good, through my tears I believe, that his
ways are higher than any of my own, and though my heart aches,
He makes no mistakes

Chorus:
It's for my good and for his glory,
This trial's not the end of the story,
There's a bigger picture God alone can see,
It will take me through this sorrow
For I know he holds tomorrow,
And he assures me, it's for my good and for His Glory

Bridge:
Though I would not have chosen the suffering that has come,
I'm willing now to say, Lord not my will but thine be done'

Chorus:
It's for my good and for his glory,
This trial's not the end of the story,
There's a bigger picture God alone can see,
It will take me through this sorrow
For I know he holds tomorrow,
And he assures me, it's for my good and for His Glory

For His glory.

WHEN ANSWERS AREN'T ENOUGH

I.
You have faced the mountains of desperation
You have climbed, you have fought, you have won
But this valley that lies coldly before you
Casts a shadow you cannot overcome

II.
And just when you thought you had it all together
You knew every verse to get you through
But this time the sorrow broke more than just your heart
And reciting all those verses just won't do

Chorus:
When answers aren't enough, there is Jesus
He is more than just an answer to your prayer
And your heart will find a safe and peaceful refuge
When answers aren't enough, He is there

III.
Instead of asking why did it happen
Think of where it can lead you from here
And as your pain is slowly easing, you can find a greater reason
To live your life triumphant through the tears
WHERE IS JESUS?

I.
On a journey from Jerusalem returning to their home
Joseph and his family traveled all day long
They must have walked for many miles
Before they realized, Jesus was not with them
Mary sadly cried

Chorus:
Where is Jesus? Did we leave Him far behind?
Did we take for granted He was here Walking with us all the time?
Where is Jesus? To find Him once again
We must return to the place where we left Him
Where is Jesus?

II.
I prayed for God to lead my way that His will for me be known
All He asked is that I wait for Him still I stepped out on my own
Without Him here to guide my steps I've failed Him many times
I only have myself to blame I bowed my head and cried

Chorus:
Where is Jesus? Did we leave Him far behind?
Did we take for granted He was here Walking with us all the time?
Where is Jesus? To find Him once again
We must return to the place where we left Him
Where is Jesus?

III.
You've made some bad decisions with a selfish thought in mind
You had the best intentions for the goals you set in life
Your relationship with God's secure but the fellowship is gone
You can choose to walk with Him again you don't have to walk alone

Chorus:
Where is Jesus? Did we leave Him far behind?
Did we take for granted He was here Walking with us all the time?
Where is Jesus? To find Him once again
We must return to the place where we left Him
Where is Jesus?

Where is Jesus?

GOD'S BEEN GOOD

I
Lately I've been looking back, along this winding road
To the old familiar markers of the mercies
I have known I know it might sound
simple, but it's more than a cliche
There's no better way to tell you than to say,

Chorus:
God's been good in my life
I feel blessed beyond my wildest dreams
When I go to sleep each night And though I've had my
share of hard times, I wouldn't change them if I could
'Cause through it all, God's been good

II.
Times replay and I can see that I've cried
some bitter tears But I felt His arms around me,
As I faced my greatest fears You see I've had my gains than losses
And I've known more joy than hurt
As His grace rolled down upon me undeserved

Chorus:
God's been good in my life
I feel blessed beyond my wildest dreams
When I go to sleep each night And though I've had my share of hard times,
I wouldn't change them if I could 'Cause through it all, God's been good

Bridge
For God has been my Father, My Savior and my Friend
His love was my beginning, And His love will be my end
I could spend forever trying To tell you everything He is
But the best that I can say it is this

Chorus:
God's been good in my life
I feel blessed beyond my wildest dreams
When I go to sleep each night And though I've had my share of hard times,
I wouldn't change them if I could 'Cause through it all, God's been good
ONLY BY HIS GRACE
I.
I found grace to save my soul;
at the cross grace made me whole
when my Savior took control and washed my sins away.
Now the fellowship is sweet as I worship at His feet.

Chorus:
Only by his grace,
I have found this holy place,
underneath his wings of love,
trusting in my God above.
Grace for ev'ry need,
Grace that overflows and far exceeds,
Lavished on my soul at Calvary,
Only by His grace.

II.
Ev'ry valley I have known,
such compassion I've been shown.
Giving strength that's not my own, it's only by His grace.
Ev'ry burden that I bear, Jesus comes and meets me there.

Chorus:
Only by his grace,
I have found this holy place,
underneath his wings of love,
trusting in my God above.
Grace for ev'ry need,
Grace that overflows and far exceeds,
Lavished on my soul at Calvary,
Only by His grace.
