1. If you will be a given a chance to be a mentor, who will you choose to be your

mentee among your peers? Why?

- Mentors will assist you in focusing and clarifying problems. They may
be able to motivate you and provide moral support when you need it.
They might even be able to link you with people in their network who
can help you. There are many advantages of having a mentor. A mentor
may also offer honest guidance that others may not be able to provide
and, a good mentor will assist you in identifying your secret talents.
- If give me a chance to be a mentor, I want to be my mentee with my
same level is my co-workers and his name is boy. For the reason his is
my closed friend in my work but the problem is, boy are always lazy and
he quickly become discourage, may be because he was also a student
like me and still young to think. So I want to be his mentor, and I teach
everything that I know because right now he is stop in school and I
don’t the reason. I want to tell her everything will be okay if he doing
well and give 100% best to perform done, and I always motivate her
that failure is not to put down you but use the mistake to rise yourself
and learn from mistake. “Every great achiever is inspired by a great
mentor”

2. How will you apply coaching in your current status today? Kindly elaborate
your answer.
- Coaching is a word that is commonly used, with the meaning varying
slightly depending on the context. One person assists another in
enhancing, creating, achieving, and learning something. It may be about
learning a new skill or developing one's current skills. Coaching focuses
on attitudes, habits, and skills, but it can also be used for physical and
spiritual growth. The strategies and approaches used can vary
depending on who you are trying to develop or improve, where you are,
and what you are trying to develop or improve.
- Right now very hard to study even to learn but the coach different ways
to easy to understand/learn and easy to adapt the new coaching style.
First you need to meet your team by using video call and know their
knowledge and skills. Makes a plan that ever one is clear, we listen
empathically and encourage leaders to do the same with other people.
Conduct regular check-ins, like provide support to your participant by
checking in with her regularly-perhaps more often than you would
normally. This can be especially important in establishing a new normal
together. As member you have access to one-on-one mentoring with
accomplished though leaders. Join us and develop skills and confidence
you need to thrive in our virtual world. Coaching also helps create
culture resilience. Being resilience doesn’t mean eliminating stressful
situation but learning how to adapt to challenges as quickly as possible.
Today everything is change, shifts toward online and reshaping our work
environments and even the communication. So you can do now is
change the plan and adapt the new normal to continue couching other
people.

3. What is the significance of having a mentor or coach in an organization? Will


you agree that they produce impact in the organization? Explain in your
own point of view and own words
- Both Mentor and coach are very important role for the success of an
organization. Since mentor and coach are the one who guide the employee
to improve their skills and gain more knowledge. Without mentor or coach
the organization may not reach their goals because no one is guiding them.
Coaching is mainly concerned with developing skills and strategies to
achieve short term performance objective. Mentoring focused on a person
to growth and continues improvement of an individual’s capability and
potential. Also Mentor and coach give motivation to others people to help
to easy achieve their task/objective. But the most important mentor or
coach can produced a good leader in the future and help big to success
your organization. If the mentor or coach is a good one, the other peoples
(employee) tends to work harder, and inspired by working with high level
leader who he respects. You also build a better relationship with people
(employees) and those employees are more time to work to achieve their
goal and to succeed. “a great coach/mentor only inspires but support and
encourages others to get results”
