Installation Procedure:

1. Mark-out Wall Connections

 Start by marking a wall connection profile of the front section with a vertical line (spirit
level!).
 Add 30 mm to this for the depth dimension of the partition wall.
 Place the U-shaped aluminium profile on one of the wooden blocks such that the
vertical line can be seen in the drilled holes.
 Now mark the holes to be drilled.

2. Drilling Holes, Attaching Profiles

 Drill the holes you have marked out with a drill bit. Look out for any wires or pipes.
 Apply a line of silicone along the back of the profile covering the entire length if
required.
 Fasten the profile with plugs and screws.
 Mark out the cubicle system on the floor according to the drawings to find out the
position of the center section.
 Check the axial dimension between the toilet bowls.

3. Marking-out Partition Profiles.

 So that the partitions are the same height as the front panel, and in order to
compensate for any slope to the floor, use your spirit level from the tip of the attached
wall connection profile to make a mark on the rear wall at the same height.
 Then repeat the process as described in steps (1) and (2) with the profiles for the
partitions.

4. Mark-out Feet
 Mark the holes and drill the hole. Apply the plug and fix the feet.

5. Inserting Wall Connection Section
 Insert the wall connection section into the U-profile that you have screwed to the wall.
 Do not fix it in place yet, please.

6. Inserting Centre and Side Partitions

 Apply a line of waterproof silicon along the inner side of the U profile leg at the wall
connections.
 Now proceed to insert the center panels and the side panel into the rear aluminium
profiles.
 Prop up the front using one of the wooden blocks (height =as per approved shop
drawing) or car jack and align it with help of the spirit level.
 Please do not screw the panels together yet.

7. U-profiles on Centre Sections

 Now take the dimension from the center foot to the edge of the partition wall.
 Make sure that the partition wall is truly aligned. Transfer this dimension to the front
section.
 Place a U-profile onto the front section, mark out the holes and drill the holes using the
prepared drill.
 Fasten the U-profile screws and washers

8. Erect Front Sections

 Now place the front sections along with the U-profile onto the center panels and side
panel.
 Put the front panels with the U-profiles at the centre and middle panels respectively.
 Attach the front sections through the U-profiles with the side and middle sections
respectively.

9. Attach Head Rails, Hang Doors
 Now attach the cover profile approximately
 In doing this, the system will be automatically pushed into alignment.
 Now hang the doors on their hinges

10. Screw-down Head Rail
 Use a rubber mallet to force the cover profile down and screw it down from above.

11. Screw the feet and System

 Now screw together all the sections with the U profiles using screws.
 Finally attach the fitting

8.0 Maintenance Procedure & Schedule-Disposal Instructions.

 Under no circumstances may aggressive, acidic or alkaline cleaners be used for basic
cleaning
 which attack the surfaces. The cleaners used must be free of halogens (Chloride and
fluoride ions), they must not contain hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid. These cleaners
attack the aluminum and stainless steel parts and lead to corrosion. Special stainless
steel care products are available from us.
 For extreme demands, such as Coastal regions, indoor swimming pools, rooms with
aggressive air, etc. is also the material stainless steel from time to time to care for the
application of topping, in the long term can lead to pitting, to avoid.
 In bath operation, the condensation with the chloride enrichments on the Remove
stainless steel surfaces thoroughly (preferably rinse with clear water daily), otherwise it
would cause considerable visual impairment and may even come to corrosion.
 The elements can be cleaned with commercial household cleaners. This should be with
you for regular cleaning use. For stubborn dirt with grease, graffiti, etc., may be used
for cleaning alcohol or Isopropanol can be used. Special graffiti removers can be
ordered from us.
 Lightly alkaline cleaners are suitable for periodic cleaning. Be sure to, that the cleaners
are not acidic, so that the surface is not attacked.

 To ensure that the gloss of the profiles and the surface is not lost, you must not use
any Case scouring or scouring cream can be used.
 Tools include soft, clean sponges, leather, cloths or rubber scrapers suitable. The use
of sharp, metallic objects can damage the surface damage.
 All moving parts are maintenance-free and do not need to be greased.
 Cleaning with steam jets is generally not recommended as it is caused by the high-
pressure water jet important adhesive joints can be infiltrated.
