9. All underground G.I. water pipes shall be coated with (2) layer of asphalt with jute sack.
10. All water pipes shall be provided with 30 cm. pipe extension and capped at the end.
11. All water pipes shall be hydrostatically tested to pressure of 1034 kpa for two (2) hours. OPEN OPEN 03 VENT PIPE DET.
