    PROBLEM SOLVING 4.1- Queuing Theory


    You are an owner of a single server Burger Junction. The customers arrive at a mean rate of 5
    customers per minute with a service rate/mean number of units served per time period of 7 customers
    serviced per minute. Compute for the six parameters of single channel model and conclude whether
    there is a need to add a server.
    PROBLEM SOLVING 4.2 – Pareto Analysis
    1. How is your quarantine period so far – productive or unproductive?

    frequency (how often) you do it per month.
