2.2 WBC result abnormal but RBC result is normal
If WBC result repeatability is unstable while RBC result repeatability is stable, the possibilities are as below

1. Counting chamber issue

The WBC Counting chamber may get dirty, please do as below

1. Log in service account and go to Service interface.
2. Click Maintain and Empty WBC/RBC Bath. (Do not click OK)
3. Use Q-tips cleanser to clean the inner wall of chamber. After finishing cleaning,
click OK to re-fill the chamber with diluent.
4. Perform cleanser soak manually with syringe filled with probe cleanser soak
2.2 WBC result abnormal but RBC result is normal

2. Lyse issue

1. Replace a new bottle of lyse.

2. Suggest to use Dymind original lyse to ensure the performance of the analyzer

3. Check and replace the Lyse dispensing valve.

4. Check and replace the air bubbles mixing valve.
