    WORK PERFORMED:

    Involved in multistage and single stage centrifugal Pump’s overhauling, bearing change, impeller overhauling
    and replacing, mechanical seal assembling, axial & radial flow clearance and aligning the pump with prime mover by rim
    and face method.Junction box wiring and panel wirings, checking limits Worked in reciprocating pumps like Pulse
    Feeder. Involved in repair such as piston andaliberation, piston ring changing, check valves changing, and packing
    changing activities, doing PM Job.

    AIR COMPRESSOR and GAS COMPRESSOR:

    Air compressor(reciprocating) of all parts servicing and overhauling head, piston ring, linear, Cylinder bore wear
    reducing inlet valve, delivering valve, cooling water circulation handling, Inlet cooler, air cleaner, care, crane shaft
    bearing, journal bearing, main bearing, pulley belt,Pre filter, after filter, dryer, header volume bottle instrument air
    recovery, instrument air tank Compressor panel board operation start-up, doing PM Job

    Gas compressor(reciprocating) of all parts servicing and overhauling all parts, get TDC&BDC clearance,
    bearing clearance, cylinder clearance, piston clearance, Inlet& outlet valve servicing, oil changing , fleshing coolant line,
    header volume bottle arrangements gas recovery and alignment the compressor, doing 3&6 month PM Job

    startup and shutdown lube oil pump operation, lube oil maintenance cooling water circulation, lube oil filter,
    regulator control pressure switch operation etc.

    UTILITES

    Gas turbine generator, Utility & Instrument air compressor , Fire water pumping station , Centrifugal pump ,

    GEAR BOXES:

    Involved in prevents maintenance and overhauling all parts. bearing changing, inspection of Bearing and check
    the backlash clearance activities, oil changing.

    DIESEL EINGINE and GAS EINGINE

    Diesel engine(IC) running hour maintenance ,oil changing, filter replacement, overhaul service experience in
    Caterpillar engines. Inlet & out let valve arrangements, check turbocharger clearance, Involved preventive maintenance
    and rectify startup problem.

    Gas engine (IC) involved PM Job, running hours maintenance & overhaul services experience in caterpillar
    engines. Liner changing, piston & rings changing, bearing changing, fleshing in oil line, changing Inlet & out let valve,
    checking & changing sparkplugs, fleshing in coolant line, valve arrangements, install in timing gear, changing camshaft
    bearing, changing oil, gas &air filter, check turbocharger clearance and rim & face alignment of coupling.

    BLOWER

    Involved in PM job & overhaul service in all parts. check with shaft end clearance, check shaft timing clearance,
    gear backlash clearance, axial & radial flow clearance, changing bearing, changing oil seal, changing Oaring seal
    sleeve, oil changing, pulley belt arrangements

    GAS TURBINE
    Involved in PM job ,gas filter change, air filter cleaning & changing, cleaning turbine bald, fleshing in coolant line,
    check alignment, check journal bearing clearance, changing oil filter, changing oil, turbine bald clearance, check &
    changing sparkplugs.

    STEAM TURBINE

    Involved in PM job & overhauling service in all parts, check safe center, trusted bearing clearance, journal
    bearing clearance, noise clearance, carbine ring backing seal changing, DP check turbine bald, check blue mach, check
    alignment, bearing changing, changing oil &oil filter, fleshing in cooling line,

    DAY BY DAY JOB

    Involved in Learn lesson feeling job, checking oil level , checking sound , check leage, check DE & NDE
    vibration, check DE & NDE temperatures, pump seal flashing, Compressor cool water level checking, compressor
    header temperatures checking, engine coolant checking, gas line pipe leakage checking, motor amper checking, flow
    checking and presser checking.

    ALL VALVES:

    Overhauled all types of valves like safety and relief valves, Pressure and vacuum valves, Compressor valves
    etc. and hydro testing of the same at the required set pressure. Also worked on ball valves, butterfly valve, Gate valves
    and check valves (NRV), Pressure safety valves .

    Worked in filters, strainers, flame arrester and pipe line plant Maintenance, Repair and change the gland
    packing and plant preventive maintenance of static Equipment.

    I have worked in the Installation Of Gas Turbine in the turbine generator.

    I have done maintenance work in four stage air compressor and centrifugal pump

    I have also worked in the arrangement and alignment of coupling in motors and pumps.

    PIPE LINE:

    Drawing the isometric view of pipe line. Regarding the material for the pipe line at the fabrication purpose. Route
    welding on the pipe line joint. After check Dry penetrate test (DP) to check the crack the welding, then final route and
    capping. After then radiography (X-ray inspection). After the hydro testing as per isometric drawing.

    FIRE & SAFETY

    Knowledge of fire and safety system, deluge valve, sprinkler system. Monitors, fusible loop shutdown, smoke
    detectors, flame detectors, gas detectors, Hydrants, Experience in the operation of fire extinguishers like foam,
    Hydrants, Experience in the operation of fire extinguishers like foam, DCP (25kg), CO2 (10kg) and familiar with
    breathing apparatus, fire and gas sirens abandon alarms, life boat, life raft, scramble net, swing ropes, lifebuoy,
    desalted water sprayer, eye washer, etc.
