management tool designed by W. Edwards Deming. it is also called the Deming Cycle.

Note: Surf the internet or research in the library for more inputs about the PDCA/ Deming Cycle. (Ref:

My Analysis
What benefits did you gain after utilizing the PDCA Cycle?
 It can bring benefits where there are unknown, often common at the start of a project. So
the PDCA process will ensure that the unknown are either proven or even discounted.

 The PDCA process will ensure that whatever the identified goal or objectives is the
repeated planning, doing checking and acting will drive forward improvement because
there is no room for complacency using this method.

 Constantly evaluating, measuring performance and then re- evaluating leads to substantial
growth in improvement; sometimes by small steps, sometimes by huge leaps. ( An
Overview of Plan Do check act)

My Reflections / My Insights
Rate your accomplishment using the continuum:

I rated myself satisfactory because I think since it was my first time to establish an activity in

my class, it was nit quit outstanding nor very satisfactory.

I think I can do better if I was able to explain to them the meaning of the line in the song “

Paraiso”.

I learned that Grade 7 student should not be overpowered since they are yet youn
