SCHOOL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT


SY 2019-2020

I. INTRODUCTION

This annual report provides an overview of the accomplishments of Bonliw


Elementary School bannered by the school program called Project Beneficial and
Earnest Services (P-BES) as well as the activities initiated through the collaborative
efforts of the School Head, teachers, pupils, Parents-Teachers Association and the
community leaders.

II. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT


A. Pupil Development
1. Conducted Pretest in all grade levels in different learning areas
2. Conducted Pre-Oral Reading and Silent Reading Tests, both in English and
Filipino from Grades II to VI pupils
3. Constitution of different clubs and assembly and composition of PTA and
GPTA
4. Recording of Anthropometric Profile of BES Learners
5. Implemented reading programs such as “Each One Teach One,” and “Reading
Buddies”
6. Joined the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
7. Eight (8) girls joined the Girl Scout Encampment held in San Pascual,
Batangas
8. Concluded Nutrition Month celebration
9. Culminated Buwan ng Wika with the conduct of program and contest
10. Administered First and Second Periodical Tests
11. Distributed Report Cards for First and Second Grading Periods
12. Sixty-seven (67) learners participated in MTAP Saturday class at San Luis
Central School
13. Eighteen (18) learners participated in MTAP Talented Level
14. Participated in various contests in the District and Division Level
15. Joined the Division Meet Volleyball, Badminton Girls and Boys
16. Participated in EPP Technolympics District Competition
17. Joined the 2019 Science Investigatory Project Interclass- Recycling Contest

8. Coached pupils in every academic contest

10. Promotion of Grade 1 teacher from Teacher I to Teacher II post

1. Used test results as basis for improving classroom instruction
2. Use of ICT in teaching improved pupils learning outcomes and effectiveness

5. Involvement of teachers in action research led to professional growth of their
career through ranking and promotions

E. Research and Development


Three action research were included in the District Research Compendium.

F. Community Extension and Development


1. School provided community with the needed data and other relevant information
in 4Ps, scholarships, etc.
2. Made solicitations from the civic minded persons. These solicitations were used
for school improvement and beautification program
3. Teachers joined the Provincial Alay Lakad
4. Teachers participated in the Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of San Luis
5. Teachers attended the Walk for a Cause in commemoration of the weeklong
NDEP activity

V. FUTURE PLANS

1. Installation of drainage system to avoid flooding and suspend soil erosion


2. Construction of the administrative office
3. Construction of an open classroom (covered court) thru PSB
4. Demolition of the 4-rooms Marcos-type building to give way to the construction of
a 2-storey, 3-classrooms building.
5. Elevation of entrance gate and pathway roofing so that fire truck, ambulance and
delivery truck can pass through.
6. Sustainability of the Gulayan sa Paaralan project
7. Teachers to conduct action research
8. Continuous implementation of special programs and projects
9. Continuous implementation of Brigada Eskwela and Brigada Plus projects.
