PERFORMANCE TASK
GRADE 12 (BLAKE, EMERSON AND MARLOWE)

GRASPS
Goal: The learners are able to formulate, construct, and demonstrate the understanding about the range
of research topics in their area of interest (according to their strand) specifically in terms
of:
a. Reliable, efficient, and accurate methods for their study;
b. Formulating research questionnaire (having virtual/online surveys using social
media platforms like messenger or google forms);
c. Constructing their own research designs;
d. Evaluating and assessing the results of the data that have been gathered; and
e. Explaining how data interconnected with the early chapters of their research study.
Role: The students will serve as “student researchers” according to their research area of interest.
(Research topic)
Audience: Fellow students, subject teacher, and respective respondents of each study.
Situation: A. The students will formulate and construct their own manuscript/draft for Chapter
III (Theoretical Framework, Conceptual Framework, Research Paradigm, Operational
Definition of Terms, Research Design, Respondents of the Study, Sampling Procedure,
Research Instrument, Data Gathering Procedure, and Data Analysis Procedure) and
Chapter IV (Results and Discussions) in accordance with their research topic/titles.
B. Each member of the group, will defend or present the area of their
manuscript/draft through MS Teams with PowerPoint Presentation (online students)
and video recording for offline students.
