SHAKTI, INDIA make vertical multi stage, stainless steel pumps having various advantages over
the conventional horizontal cast iron pump supplied by others, advantages are as the below,

♦ Lower power bills and lower operating cost due to higher electrical efficiency.
♦ They are manufactures specially for the water application.
♦ Vertical configuration leads space saving.
♦ SHAKTI made up of specially polished SS-316 / SS-316 L plates. Polished inner surface
prevents the microbiological growth to occur.
♦ These are self lubricating pumps and require vertically no attendance and don’t require oil
chamber and replacement of the oil/oil seal on regular intervals.
♦ Less stress on the moving parts of the pump compared to others.

Anti scalant Dosing In RO Pretreatment.

We are using special polymer based Anti scalants in the RO pretreatment against softening or
acid dosing to control the scaling on the RO membranes.

♦ This anti scalant dosing system will have lower operation cost. As softening unit for such a
big flow will be difficult to manage in terms of size of softener, the amount of salt to be
handled, brine saturation tank with mixing facility to be provided etc.
♦ No use of DG system in post treatment as anti scalant is neutral in nature.
♦ The anti scalant is highly effective in controlling scale formation due to carbonates,
sulfates and metallic oxides precipitation within membranes.
♦ Anti Scalant provides longer runtimes between systems cleans resulting in extended
membrane life and reduced operating cost.

PLC Controls And Instrumentation:

♦ Start Raw Water Pump
♦ The PLC will check the Level of dosing tank, if level is OK then start special anti Scalant
dosing system.
♦ PLC check the low suction pressure (Low pressure switch) at the inlet of High Pressure
Pump, pump will start if it is ok.
♦ High pressure switch provided after the high pressure pump will make the pump trip if it is
beyond the set point limit.
♦ Flow meters indicate the Flow of Raw Water which is continuously used as a Raw Water in
the RO system and also shows the flow of the treated water and also the reject water.
♦ Pressure Gauges at various levels showing the pressure at the mounted points.
♦ TDS / Conductivity meter show the treated water quality from the system.
♦ Auto Flushing Switch for the automatic flushing to clean the membrane for its longer run
time.

BASIS OF DESIGN
1 PLANT INTRODUCTION:

Water Treatment scheme is designed to produce product water at the flow rate of 2000
LPH based on Reverse Osmosis Technology.

Note: The proposed water treatment system can even work continuously for 8-9 Hrs
per day leaving aside 0.5 – 1 Hrs for the recommended Backwashing of the
Filtration system.

FULL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:-

AUTOMATIC ROTARY RINSING, FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE

This is a Uniblock Machine were all the three sections are on the same Platform. The
main platform structure will be of M. S. suitably clayed Stainless Steel.

The machine is attached with an in feed Air Blow Tunnel, Which is also fitted with an
Air Blower on top of the Tunnel along with a Flow Regulating Valve for regulating
the Air pressure. The Suction of the Air Blower is fitted with an Air Filter.

This Tunnel helps the bottle to travel to the Rinsing In feed Neck guide plate with the
help of Neck Guide and Air Pressure.

BOTTLE RINSER: The bottles from the in feed Neck Guide Plate are gripped by two
pair of fingers i, e Bottle Neck holder bracket assembly

The gripping fingers will hold the bottle by neck and necessary guide bars will invert
the bottle up side down by 180 degree.

The duty inverted bottle will receive water from the rinsing nozzles on rear of the
machine. The rinsing will operate from 90 to 270 degree rotation of the rinsing
machine. Zero degree position is in front of the operator.

In 180-degree rotation the washing cycles will be stopped and bottles will be re-
inverted and delivered to the Out feed Neck guide plate, which will transfer the bottle
to the filler.

BOTTLE FILLER/CAPPER: The Neck holder of the filler will hold the bottle along with
the help of external guide.

Filling machine is also a neck holding. On Rotation When bottle gets sealed with
filling valve, the filling valve opens and filling starts.

Filling tank will have liquid probe system to control level of mineral water in filling
tank.

As soon as the bottle is fill and during rotation of the machines valve will be closed
and bottle will be lowered and transferred on the Neck Guide Plate.

The bottle will enter the capping turret and by adjustable chucks, caps will be firmly
tightened.

Duly capped bottles will be transferred on the conveyor.

Drive system will consist of motor, gearbox and gear trains to drive. The machine also
has in A/C drive for controlling the speed of the machine.

In neck holding machine change part is required only in feed and out feed of the
machine.

It also has a cap elevator for feeding the cap to the chute.

All contact parts with product to be filled / packed are made SS 304.

Prerequisites
Floor Space requirement:
Approximately clearance of 1mtr from all sides of the machine is required. Hence
clearance of 1mtr should be added to the actual size of the machine

Operator requirement:
1 Skilled operator and 3 semi skilled operator.

ESSENTIAL:
The Bottles should be fully inspected before filling.( No damage bottle should be feed
)
The caps and the bottles should be strictly as per the samples provided by you at the
time of ordering of the machine Caps should be dry before loading is cap elevator.

The operator should be able to understand the working of the machine properly.
Operator should not be changed till our technician/Engineer is there to install the
machine.

We will be not take any responsibility in case you change the operator or he is not
technically sounds.

Film Packing Machine is specially used for packing bottle water, juice, wine, beer, etc.
It uses plastic film for packing bottle water. It includes automatic packing machine
and pyrocondensation machine. Film Packing Machine is equipped with transducer,
which can adjust various speeds for packing bottle water. Pyro condensation
machine has double-cycle system, which can save cost and assure the packing
quality. The cutting system abides by international rules and with best sealing
quality.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 DELIVERY: The delivery period is 70-90 days approx, with confirmed order with
advance. This is indicated in good faith. However the same is subjected to change
because of some unavoidable circumstances

 PRICES: The prices quoted are on Ex.-works basis & are exclusive transportation,
packing charges.

 GST : GST will be charged 18% extra of machines.

 VALIDITY: Thirty days from the date hereof

 PAYMENT TERMS: 50% advance against order & balance with taxes after the
trials of the Machines at our premises before dispatch against Performa Invoice.

 CANCELLATION: Order once placed will not be cancelled for any REASON
WHATSOEVER. In Case the order is Cancelled the entire amount will be Forfeited.

 INSTALLATION/ COMISSIONING: If buyer wants, we can provide service or

supervision of Installation and commissioning at your work, at an extra cost
against advance payment only.

 JURISDICTION: Subject to Ambala jurisdiction only.

 INSPECTION: By you at our works prior to dispatch.

 FORCE MAJEURE: Any delay in delivery due to strike, look out, war, fire and
natural calamities. (Calamities for the reasons beyond our control will be
considered as forced majeure Circumstances and hence the delivery period of the
contact shall be extend accordingly)

 WARRANTY: one year from date of our bill against any mechanical manufacturing
defects. Items like motors, rubber component, conveyor belts, bearing and
electronic unit etc. will not come under the purview of warranty, even though we
purchase the material from reputed manufacturers. However, if we get any
warranty from the suppliers the same will be passed on to you.

 PACKING: packing (wooden case) will be charged extra. In case you do not get
the machines packaged in wooden cases, it will be your responsibility, if anything
lost for broken during transit.

Extra required by you will be charged extra.

o Without receiving the sample of the containers i.e. (bottle can pouch and
label etc.) it is not possible to make the machine. You are requested to
kindly send the sample of your container along with sample of material to
be packed /filled with the advance

Installation: Our two technician at your unit will do installation & trial; all charges of
hotel, food & transportation will be borne by you, service charges per day per person
will be of Rs.3000/-
