A Semi- Detailed Lesson Plan In Mathematics 6
I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, 85% of the students should be able to:
A. Define graph, bar graph, line graph, pie graph and pictograph;
B. Enumerate different kinds of statistical graphs; and
C. construct bar graph, line graph, pie graph and pictograph.
The class will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will be given bond papers. The students will guess the
words using 2 pictures as their clue. Group leaders will be the one to post it on the board.

B. Presentation
Bar graph- is used to show relative sizes of data. It can be vertical or horizontal.

The teacher gives data to each group. Each construct one graph based on the data given to them. The type of
graph they need to construct is already indicated.
