Our Homebound and Care Facility Members are always happy to be remembered by the church family. Encouraging cards or notes can be sent to Lew Staples, Brookmont Care Center, P.O. Box 50, Brookmont Drive, Effort, Pa. 18330. Wellness Ministry Tip for Losing Weight: Eat only when you hear your stomach growling. We often eat out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration. If you're hankering for a specific food, it's probably a craving, not hunger. If you'd eat anything in sight, chances are you're truly hungry!
