    INSTALLATION 1. Ensure all pipe routings, pipe sizes are in
    accordance with approved drawings
    2. Check materials are as per approved
    material submittal.
    3. Check that there are no hard protrusions and
    large stones on the bedding and bedding is
    acceptable to proceed with pipe lying.

    4. Check that the levels and slope of installed


    pipes are as per approved shop drawing.

    5. Check that pipes have been tested for leaks


    (1.5 working pressure – 24 hours)
    6. Check that all open ends have been closed
    for protection from construction debris.

    7. Verify expansion requirements are provided


    for at building expansion joints and where
    required.
    8. Check that the warning tapes (detectable
    type) are approved as per approved level.
