Executive Summary

 Snackeria is a shop that sells different variety of


snack.

Description

 We are aware of the trend in the snack and coffee


shops industry and we are not only going to
operate a system where our customers would have
to come to our snack bar to make purchase and
eat or whatever they want, but we will also
operate an online store where our customers can
place orders for our products online and they will
get it delivered to their houses or any location
they want us to deliver the purchase to within
Gensan.
The Problem/Needs

Problem
 Lack of employees.
 Shortage of ingredients and other materials.
 Not many customers.

Reason
 There aren't many people who want to work at a
small business because they rather work at a
bigger company because of higher salary.
 Out of stacks in the market or employees might
forget to buy.
 It's a small business and not well known in the
area.
How the business has solved the problem

 Write the perfect job description.


 Always remember to ask markets to reserve
stocks for our shop and when buying, employees
must have a list.
 Use social media ads to spread the word

 We sell trendy snacks such as Burgers, French
fries, Corn dogs and many more.
 Our snacks are homemade, made from fresh
ingredients to guarantee delicious foods and a
happy costumer

 The products we sell are made by our recipes.


 Our shop may not get popular and known thus
not having much customers;
 But we will ensure that our promotion goes well,
that many people will buy from our shop and will
have a taste of our wonderful snacks.

How to prevent risks

 The first step in creating a risk management plan


should always be to prioritize risks/threats.
 Assess liabilities and legal regulations to
determine what types of insurance will be
required for our business.
 A good reputation.
 Our plan of starting with just one outlet of our
snack bar in Gensan, is to test run the business for
a period of 3 to 5 years to know if we will invest
more money, expand the business and then open
other outlets all over the country and key cities in
the Philippines.

matter of fact, you have to be highly creative,
customer centric and proactive if you must survive in
this industry. We are aware of the competition and
we are prepared to compete favorably with other
snack bars in Gensan.
