    Brief History

    Because of this, there are as many eateries or restaurants that serve lomi as
    there are many ways to prepare it, at least in the eastern portion of Batangas. A Filipino
    delicacy called Lomi is created with a variety of thick, fresh egg noodles that have a
    diameter of about one-fourth of an inch and are soaked in lye water to give them
    additional texture. A lomi haus is famous for offering pancit dishes prepared with miki, or
    fresh egg noodles, such as lomi and other pancit meals. As a result, differences in
    recipes and quality are quite common. It may also offer a variety of pancit dishes, such
    as pancit guisado, bihon, miki-bihon, chami, pancit canton, and sotanghon, depending
    on what's available.

    Nowadays, a lot of Batangueno business people engage in the food sector


    because Filipinos enjoy eating. For instance, Lomi promotes Batangas as a regional
    specialty. Filipinos from other areas travel here only to taste our special Batangaslomi.
    Even in the middle of the pandemic, Batanguenos return for their favorite noodle dish.

    satisfaction they deserve. We strive to serve our customers with satisfaction by treating
    them with hospitality and by cooking delicacies with unforgettable experience and
    delicious flavors. This ensures that its customers will return and buy more.

    consumers will definitely enjoy. Customers will never forget the taste of this food.
    Prospects should receive something that satisfies their sense of taste, according to the
    proponents. For the business we're creating, we'll provide all necessary supplies and
    ingredients. We will specialize in Batangueno delights and the renowned Lomi at ___
    Lomi Haus. We won't just serve up healthy, regular dishes; we'll also serve up delicious,
    relatively affordable foods. We'll make sure that our customers will enjoy every food we
    provide and that makes their bad day better. This is the reason we named our company
