Nineteen Ninety-Nine, blossomed for what is Arandia College now, by virtue of the
certificate and recognition by the Security and Exchange Commission in November of 2011
and it never been so bad ever since it started. Elements of difficulties, hardships,
perseverance, determination and hard times were the ingredients of its success.
The succeeding years was history by luck and dedication. Mr. Roselio Arandia and
Dr. Yolanda DC. Arandia had acquired additional 7 lots adjacent to the original one the

effect. The permit was released on June 30, 2014 which was given in Quezon City
Philippines.
In response to the demand and the needs of its clientele, construction of new building fronting
the existing building was prompted, thus began in December of 2013 and continues up to the
present.
The following year, 2014, the Department of Education granted Arandia College
Taguig the permit to operate for the Pre-School, Primary and Secondary. Fifty percent to that
of the population the previous year motivated the administration, faculty and staff to give
more effort, looking forward for the same increase if not more than the proceeding years.

licensed teachers. With the school population of more than 700, a total of 29 teachers were on
file.
All these developments and more, the administration created Academic Team Leaders as well
as Activity Team Leaders in Grade School and in High School. As a result, a smooth flow of

Arandia College Inc. is now on its 20TH year of operation with a permit issued by the
Department of Education from 1999 to 2004 and was given Government recognition on
December 22, 2004 for Pre School and Elementary and on January 11, 2005 for the
Secondary level.
In pursuit of higher education, Arandia College was given the certificate to offer TESDA
courses/programs on May 31, 2012. Initially, the school offered Computer Hardware
90 % of the faculty are now NC II certificate holders in response to the requirement set by
TESDA. More courses and programs are about to offer as planned by the President, Dr.

Even though the covid-19 pandemic limit our experiences we had the best trainer
Sir Ian Cumba. He put a lot of efforts on teaching us such as making demo videos, providing
power points and platforms for us to study even more the topic. As an ICT student we
enjoyed the learnings we got from computer hardware to networking. Aside from skill related
learning, we have learned that skills are necessary but behavior and self-discipline inside the
workplace are way more important. On our career professionalism is where the conduct,
behavior and attitude of someone in a workplace are included. our productivity, professional
image, integrity, excellence, self-awareness and time management should be evident inside
our workplace all the time. we also have the characteristics of being a professional such as
appearance, demeanor, reliability, confidence, ethics and phone etiquette. We’re confident
that we have learned the most important thing in this immersion which is how we should
CONCLUSION
There can be no doubt that this partnership has a big impact to the journey of the
students. It becomes an inspiration, motivation and confidence for the students to continue
pursuing the path they have taken, as this experience gives them a glimpse of their workplace
in the near future. This stepping stone will always be remembered by the students because the
family that was built during the working hours are strong enough to hold the most important
