1 Disassemble Band 2 Loosen the 4 Points screw

Be care of scratch. Be care of scratch and Rear damage.

3 1) Put disass’y stick into the gap. 4 It dismantles 5 Connectors on the PBA
2) Disassemble the rear case.

When disassembly OCTA don’t use alcohol. Be care of PBA & Connectors damage.

5 Disassemble Bracket (with tweezers) 6 .Detach KEY FPCB from Bracket.


.Loosen 1 point screw

Be care of Bracket and UB(Display)/MIC Sponge damage. Be care of PBA damage.

7 Separate PBA and Bracket 8 Disassemble MOTOR FPCB

※ SM-R825 & R835 are similar.

Be care of PBA and hook damage. Be care of BATTERY/ Motor FPCB.

9 Loosen the speaker screws


10 Disassemble Speaker SUS(with tweezers)

11 Separate Speaker / Barometer

1 Assemble Hall IC FBCB / MOTOR 2 1) Assemble PBA and Bracket


2) screw 1 point
3) attach KEY FPCB on Bracket

Be care of Motor FPCB damage. Be care of PBA damage and tilt.

3 1) Assemble Speaker and 2 screws 4 Assemble Bracket on FRONT


2) Assemble Barometer FPCB - 5 FPCB passes through bracket hole

5 Assemble all connectors Assemble Front and Rear


- Barometer / ECG Back KEY / MIC FPCB 6
- Match ‘A-A’ and ‘B-B’
UB Connector / Speaker

Be care of connector FPCB damage and tilt. Be care of scratch and Rear damage.

7 Connect HRM FPCB(REAR) to connector(PBA) 8 Screw 4 Points


* Torque Value : 0.8kgf

Be care of PBA damage. Be care of scratch and Rear damage.

9 Assemble Band and Do the final test

1) Be care of scratch and damage.
2) After the reassembly, waterproof test is necessary.
