01.00.01 General
1. General Advice
1.1 STRUCTURAL MATTERS
C The prices shall include for all materials and labour and for the Advice
provision and use of all plant - whether mechanical or non-
mechanical required for the expeditious carrying out of the Works
in their proper sequence -for shifting, altering and adapting such
temporary work and plant as may be required during the progress
of the Works and removing at completion and making good any
surfaces disturbed; and if not included in any prices inserted
against the Conditions of Contract Clauses above; for the work in
connection with measurements and the final account; for profit;
and for all other establishment charges and on costs of whatever
nature.

D. No claim for additional payment will be allowed for any error or Advice
misunderstanding by the Contractor in these respects, and the
Contractor acknowledges that all contract documents are
complementary and if any item is included in any of them shall be
deemed included in all.
A. The Contractor shall not use the Quantities given in the Bills of
Quantities as a basis for ordering materials until he has satisfied
himself from the Drawings and Site information so that the
Quantities are given correct for the work to be executed.
The quantities given in BOQ are to be considered as net quantites
and should include all waste.
B. The other type are mobile scaffolding, lifts and ladders for all Advice
installation works in the number, types and sizes suitable for work,
including delivery, assembly, maintenance, reassembling,
disassembly and removal, if necessary .
C. The scaffold must comply with local standards, health and Advice
safety regulations and accident prevention.
It is recommended to check the site before.

and others programme this work and provide him with information
regarding Builder's Work in reasonable time relative to his own

B. Comissioning
It might that case, that particular installation should have not been Advice
checked concerning its completion due to weather or climate
conditions, its formal commissioning will take place only after
completion of a performance test of all their components. The
warranty period will begin on the day of its start-up.
C. As-built contant
After work completion the contractor shall implement Advice
any and all changes into the drawings and submit as full As-built
documentation, including equipment manuals, technical data
sheets, certifications, conformity declarations.
As-built documentation content: The Contractor is supposed to
complete and submit until the date of commissioning at the latest
the following documents:
c. Functional description
d. Technical documentation, descriptions, list of spare parts
e. Maintenance manuals incl. maintenance periods,
acceptance records

structural calculation. The base plate has to be smoothed in the
area of the graded base plate.

A Operation
In case of fire operated fire gates, including header box, and
including all necessary fixings, fittings, accessories, mastic
hardware & painting, including motor and electrical equipment, all
horizontal and vertical proper flashing as galvanized and powder-
coated complete as shown on drawings & as per specifications.

Advice:
Surface treatment of the concrete is carried out with wing smoothing
as subbase for an epoxy-resin-coating to be applied
A Protection
The Contractor shall protect other finished surfaces from damage
during the execution of the work.
Extreme care shall be exercised to protect finished work while
applying descriped scope work
B Touching up
At the completion of the work specified, all painted work shall be
touched up and restored where damaged, defaced or defective, and
the entire work left free from blemishes. Punch lists issued by the
supervisor/authority for correction of defective work must be
completed within seven working days from date of issue.

installation of potential equalization on top of concrete slab on grade.

A. Floor Hardener
Floor Hardener based on cement mixture dry shake topping for situ
concrete slap on grade, when sprinkled and trowelled into fresh wet
concrete floors, it should build a wear resistant smooth surface and
provide increased resistance to the penetration of oils, grease, etc.
Surface preparation
The concrete surface must be clean and sound. Remove any dust,
laitance, grease,
oil, dirt, curing agents, impregnations, wax, foreign matters, coatings
and disintegrated
material from surface.
A. Protection
The Contractor shall protect floors and other finished surfaces from
damage during the execution of the work.
Extreme care shall be exercised to protect finished work while
applying finishes on ceiling surfaces.
B. Touching up
At the completion of the work specified, all painted work shall be
touched up and restored where damaged, defaced or defective, and
the entire work left free from blemishes. Punch lists issued by the
supervisor/authority for correction of defective work must be
completed within three working days from date of issue.
C. Cleaning
The Contractor shall clean all paint spots, oil and stains from floors,
woodwork, glass, hardware, tile, metal work, and all similar items and
leave the floors broom clean upon completion.
All surfaces shall be left clean at completion of the work. Drop cloths
shall be kept clean at all times.
Window shades and blinds shall be carefully handled and kept free of
paint and spatters.
D. Painting quality
It will expected to provide 3 x painting, however the last paint to be
applied after completion of all other works and short prior to hand over
