TLE DEPARTMENT
LEARNING ACTION CELL PROPOSAL
Rationale:
As educators continue to encounter new obstacles in the new normal setup, we must also be prepared with
relevant abilities to meet these challenges.
As a result, the Pasonanca National High School - TLE Department is addressing such difficulties and concerns
by developing and implementing unique approaches and strategies, such as Learning Action Cell sessions.
This endeavor manifests the support of the TLE department to the Department of Education’s “Basic
Education – Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP)”.
A lesson plan is the teacher's road map for what learners must learn and how it will be accomplished efficiently
during class time. Having a thoroughly planned lesson plan for each 1-hour lesson gives you greater confidence in the
classroom and increases the chances of having a meaningful learning experience with your students.
Terminal Objective:
To ensure effective lesson preparation in aiding the teaching and learning process
Enabling Objectives:
By the end of the sessions, participants should be able to:
1. Gain more knowledge in lesson planning and be able to use these in the teaching-learning process
