This proposal has been prepared considering latest building code and loading condition as per
BNBC-2006 and based on the dimensions and other parameters as provided by you.
We have tried our utmost to ensure that this proposal would meet all your requirements and
specifications; however, in some cases we may have had to make some assumptions, suggest
certain deviations and/or exclude some items. We would request you to kindly take note of
the same.

3 Supply and installation of MS purlin & girt of kg 2600 145 377000
any size conforming to "ASTM A653" grade
45, with a minimum yield strength of 310
MPa, including the cost of testing of
materials, all complete as per drawing,
specification and direction of Engineer-in-
charge.
4 Supply and fixing of connection bolts of kg 710 220 156200
variable diameter with nut and washer
according to "ASTM A325 Type 1 or
equivalent” with Fu =720 Mpa, including the
cost of testing of bolts, all complete as per
drawing, specification and direction of
Engineer-In-Charge.
5 Supplying and fixing of shear stud of variable kg 78 220 17160
dia conforming to ASTM A108 or equivalent
with minimum yield strength of 275 MPa,
including the cost testing, welding etc. all
complete as per drawing, specification and
direction of Engineer-in-charge.
6 Supply and installation of 0.47 mm thick zinc kg 3700 170 629000
alum color coated profile sheet for roof, wall,
caping, flashing, trimming, gutter etc.
conforming to ASTM A792, Grade: 80, AZ150
gm/m2, including the cost of necessary
accessories (sheeting screws with washers,
silicon sealant etc.), testing of materials etc.
all complete as per drawing specification and
direction of Engineer-in-charge.
7 Supply and installation of 0.70 mm thick kg 4686 160 749760
galvanized decking panel according to ASTM
A653, with minimum yield strength of 345
MPa, including all necessary accessories
(sheeting screws with washers, sealants
etc.), testing of materials etc. all complete as
per drawing, specification and direction of
Engineer-in-charge.
8 Insulation consists of two outer layers of sft 7500 16 120000
aluminum foil reflect 97% of radiant heat.
Each layer of foil is bonded to a tough layer
of polyethylene for strength. Two inner
layers of insulating bubbles resist conductive
heat flow while a center layer of
polyethylene gives InfraStop® high reliability
and strength

colour delivered from authorized local agent
of the manufacturer(Berger robbialac super
gloss synthetic enamel/Elite lucky seven/
Asian apcolipe premium paint or equivalent
brand) in a sealed container, having highly
water resistant, high bondibilty, flexiblity

applying to metallic surface by spray in two
coats over single coat anticorrosive coating
including cleaning drying, making free from
dirt, grease, wax, removing all chalked and
scaled materials, all complete in all floors
accepted by the Engineer in charge.
(Payment shall be made on structural steel
weight basis).

Note: 1. There will be no middle column in 1st floor for knitting machine. So rafter weight will be higher.
2. To install Knitting machine in 1st floor, Main beams are considered heavier.
Payment Condition:
Excluding VAT & AIT
Payment Terms:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE OF THE CONTRACT SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
1. 60% down payment within 3 days from the date of signed contract in form of account
pay/cash cheque.
2. 20% after delivery of framing material or 12 days from starting of work.
3. 15% after delivery of purlin, sheeting & insulation or 18 days from starting of work.
4. 5% has to be released by 7 days after handover.
Payment Method:
A/C payee or cash cheque on behalf of “Task Design & Consultancy.”
Project Duration
2 (One) months from Date of advanced payment. Eid Vacation has to be considered for
the project duration.
Project Validity
1. This proposal is valid for 14 days from the above noted date.
2. If the job (project) is not “Released for Production” within Eight weeks from the date of entering this
order at TASK DESIGN & CONSULTANCY office, it will be subject to delivery change and price change in
accordance with the prevailing delivery schedules and prices at the end of the above noted period.
Changes/ Revisions
Any change and/ or revision to the above stated scope of supply may lead to a variation in
the price and the delivery period. A change must not hold payment for work completed in
the original contract.
