    BILL OF QUONTITYS FOR

    Sr# PARTICULAR
    1.0 EXCAVATION
    Excavation in foundation for all kinds of soil, dry or wet, hard or soft including of backfilling
    excavated earth i/c breaking clods,dressing,dewatering and consolidating by remming in
    layers not exceeding 150mm depth to obtain 98% modified AASHTO density including
    lifting,shifting or as per instruction and specification of clint.

    2.0 PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE


    Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of specified strength for blinding work using
    approved quality 3/4" max. size graded crushed aggregate & fine aggregate of required
    properties including approved Steel formwork & its removal, all operations of vibrating,
    leveling, compacting and curing etc. complete as per specification & instruction of the
    Consultant.
    Note:
    1. Mix design for each type of sample will be provided by the Contractor
    2.1 PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 sand and 8 coarse aggregate) M7.5

    3.0 REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE


    Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete shall be developed 28 days cylindrical
    strength of 4000psi, using approved quality 3/4" max. size graded crushed aggregate &
    fine aggregate including approved form work & its removal, all operations of vibrating,
    leveling, compacting and curing etc complete but excluding the cost of steel as per
    specification & instruction of the Consultant. To confirm the desired cylindrical strength
    3000Psi (minimum) at 28days(3+3 minimum at 7 and 28 days) the 6in dia and 12" long
    cylinder tests will be carried out by contractor from approved laboratory.
    Note:
    1. Mix design for each type of sample will be provided by the Contractor

    4.0 STEEL REINFORCEMENT


    Providing and laying hard grade ribbed deformed(min yield strength 60,000 psi) steel
    reinforcement bars including the cost of straightening, cutting, bending, binding, wastage
    and such overlaps that are not shown in drawings, placing in position on cement concrete
    1:2:4 precast spacer block or m.s chairs,tying with binding wire (GI wire of 18 gauge),
    including cost of chairs and wires etc in all kinds of RCC works. Complete in all respect to
    the approval of Client (Site Engineer).
    4.1 Deformed Steel (60,000psi)

    5.0 Providing
    BITUMEN&COATING
    Laying 1200 micron thick 10/20 grade of bitumen after one coat of primer
    outside foundation including sides and top of footings and walls upto finish ground level
    including cost of all material,labour,equipmen etc complete as per drawing and specification
    and as directed by the Client (Site Engineer).
    6.0 WATER
    Providing,STOPPER
    placing and fixing in position 230mm wide and 10mm thick PVC water stopper at
    all construction joints as per drawing, instruction and specification of the Consultant and
    approval of Client ( Site Engineer).
