Layout, breaking of asphalt and excavation for foundations to the required level as
1 per drawings and specification including removing of existing walk way. Carting the
excavated material outside the plant.

2 Levelling, Compaction and Dressing of ground Includes water supply for compaction.

3 Supply and laying lean concrete and laying polyethylene sheet 200 micron, .
Supply and fixing of masonry unit using cement mortar, clips, horizontal & vertical
4 rebars and any material or activity required to finish the work as per drawings and
specification.
Supply and pouring of RCC 4000 psi for footing, pedestal, grade beams etc.
including shuttering, rebar fixing and curing as per drawings and specification.
Fabrication of rebars at site spacers and tie wires to be done by contractor and steel

to be provided by ASCO. (stright rebar) Fixing additional rebars (welded) to support
the foundation rebars to avoid any movement of footing for anchor bolts by the
contractor.
Contractor has to take concrete cylinders at the time of concrete pouring and have
6 to be tested by the contractor through independent laboratory (28 day compressive
strength). Report has to be submitted by contractor to NASCO team.
Supply, Fixing and fabrication of J-Type anchor bolts, and other embedments; etc.

Fixing of templates.
Supply and painting bituminous coats for foundation and pedestal as per drawings

and specification.
Supply and installation of hot dip painting (2 coats red oxide and epoxy grey & final
finish) and installation of heavy duty smoke sealed and dust sealed single leaf steel
9 door with vision pannel with frames which includes all required acessories for fixing
i.e.heavy duty hinges,door closer, door lock set roller type, common key etc. as per
standard specification
SUPPLY,FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STEEL STRUCTURES FOR
TRANSFORMER
 Supply,fabrication,painting (2 coats red oxide primer & 2 coats epoxy grey paint)
and erection of HEA 200 x 190 x 6.5 x 10 for steel main column including supply
and fixing of all required bottom and top plate,stiffiners / gusset/shear plate and

bracket /support member sitting arrangement attached to this column with drilling
of holes by magnetic drill machine with supply and fixing of holding bolts connection
/ fasheners and other required accessories as per drawing and specification.

Supply and Installation of 0.7mm thick prepainted sheeting rib-type for walls & roof
including complete accessories self drilling scew/revits, corner trim flashing, cap
6g flashing,etc. and all required accesories for fixing. Installation to be made in such
way proper sealing is required to avoid ingress of water during raining
season .including supply and installation of heat insulation.

ITEM 20 ASPHALTING WORKS FOR TCS TRANSFORMER AREA.

Backfilling, leveling, compaction up to required level as per existing site condition

Supply ,leveling & compaction of 20 cm thick ( spread into two Layers ) base course

3 Supply & laying of asphalt 12 cm double layer (including MC1 spray & RC2)

Compaction results (after compaction of Marl, after compaction of Base course) and

coring test for asphalt to confirm required thickenss.
 DURATION / COMPLETION OF WORKS - 30 DAYS (JOB TO BE COMPLETED AS PER MENTION
TIME FRAME,JOB TO BE EXECUTED DURING NORMAL PLANT OPERATION, PROPER PLANNING
NOTE: IS REQUIRED BEFORE & DURING EXECUTION WITHOUT AFFECTING THE PROCESS
PRODUCTION OF PLANT.ALL MATERIAL SAMPLE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO CIVIL
DEPARTMENT AND END USER AND APPROVED BEFORE STARTING THE JOB.
WORK SCHEDULE TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO START OF THE WORK,DURATION OF WORKS
WILL START UPON RECEIVING OF WORK PERMIT.
ALL TOOLS, MACHINES, EQUIPMENTS (CRANES/MANLIFTER),HANDLING,
SCAFFOLDING,CONSUMABLES AND ALL SAFETY PPE FOR PEOPLE AND AT WORK DURING
EXECUTION IS ON CONTRACTORS SCOPE.ALL MATERIALS TO BE USE SHOULD GET APPROVAL
FROM END USER OR CIVIL ENGINEER IN CHARGE PRIOR TO SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION.
