    Comparison-So sánh

    1.So sánh bằng:


    +Bằng: as + adj + as
    + Không bằng: not as + adj +as
    Not so + adj +as
    Ex: as beautiful as – My wife is as beautiful as my mom
    2.So sánh hơn: Comparative
     Adj ngắn (1 âm tiết): adj -ER + than
     Adj dài (2 âm tiết trở lên): more +adj +than
    Ex: adj ngắn: short – shorter than
    – My son is shorter than me
    Adj dài: expensive -more expensive than
    - My coat is more expensive than my hat.
    3.So sánh nhất: Superlative
     Adj ngắn: The + adj-EST
     Adj dài: The + most +adj
    Ex: adj ngắn: long- the longest
    - The ruler is the longest thing in classroom.
    Adj dài: difficult – the most difficult
    - This work is the most difficult in my life.
    *Trường hợp đặc biệt:
    Good – better than - the best
    Bad – worse than – the worst
    Many/much – more than – the most
    Little – less than – the least
    Far – farther than/ further than – the farthest/ the furthest
