1. The message was intended to the audience of Jollibee, Jollibee Philippines crated this
video or advertisement.
2. The target audience is the consumers of the fast-food industry “Jollibee” specifically
people who are working in an office job and want to save money.
3. “Dun tayo sa masarap”, “sunod ako sa payday” and “JolliSavers, masarap parang payday,
this is the text we can see in the advertisement.
4. The hidden message of the video is that we don’t need to pay a lot of money to
exchange for a delicious meal.
5. It is glamorized because it can influence other people to desire Jollibee especially it has
sa “JolliSaver meal.”
6. The values are expressed in different ways like in the beginning, the other who reacts
shocked and scared about they wanted to eat something delicious, that he wanted to
join when pay day comes.
7. These are the positive message presented, we don’t need to pay a lot for a delicious
meal. We can enjoy a meal just like when we receive our pay day.
These are the negative message presented, in the first scene we can see that they are
mocking a dumb person or “amang”, this is shows discrimination to disabled persons.
8. This empowers people who have jobs and wants to save money and the same time who
wants to enjoy a delicious meal, this disempowers the poor, disabled groups because
shown on the video there are references on a dumb person and a beggar.
9. What did they do after they ate their JolliSavers meal, did they go to work? Did they
become happy after eating it? Did they regret it after eating? There are a lot of ways
how this story ends.
